Worst lab in town. "Automated " check in takes forever, and staff refuses to help. Appointments don't help--be prepared to wait at least an hour despite appointment. Did I mention how unhelpful the staff is? Terrible provider.

Stop scheduling clients during your staff's lunch breaks. You as a corporation are well aware that you barely have enough staff to run the operation efficiently as it is. Let your staff enjoy their lunch breaks without stressing about needing to attend to clients. TF

If I could give a zero star review, I would. My husband had labs ordered by his provider on a Friday and we scheduled an AM appointment the following Monday through the Quest portal. He received appointment confirmation via email. We live an hour outside of Albuquerque and he needed to be fasting for his labs. We arrived at the location to find the front doors were unlocked but the doors to the check-in area were locked and no one was present. I called every other Quest in the area and either got an automated machine that hung up on you when selecting the option to get help with something other than what was in the option menu or we got someone at a location that didn't do blood testing. My husband checked his email while I was calling around and received an email 28 minutes before his appointment that it was cancelled due to "building maintenance". However, there was a small, paper sign taped to the inside of the front door that said they were closed for the MLK holiday. There was another person also there that had an appointment trying to call other locations. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of patients. The worst part was the fact the cancellation email said one thing and the posted sign on the door said they were closed for the holiday.

I would give this place a negative review if possible. Waiting three hours to get labs done. They seem understaffed for the appointments they take. I will never use this particular location again.

I went in 5min. Till it closed and they took me, but the girl who worked on 03/03/22 complained a few times about having to stay late and during the blood test which I required one tube. I told her, please draw my blood correctly despite being upset and what she do? She drew it wrong, told me close my fist then open it during it being drawn, came out slow, and now is swelling/pain. I always get it drawn on my right anyhow in the past, but poor attitude cause her to be careless

Make an appointment! Self-service kiosk for check-in is pretty simple, especially if you have an appointment. I scheduled mine for 8:10am. Craig (phlebotomist) is awesome, super cheerful and very proficient, it takes no time for a blood draw, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

Very friendly staff. I only waited for about 30 seconds after signing in for my appointment. Zero pain blood draw. I will definitely use this location again.Also, this location is in an Optium Health clinic, NOT a Walgreens like it appears on the map.

Great experience for me...my veins are hard to find & usually a blood draw is pure torture. The tech used a small needle, only jabbed me once & it was pretty painless. i was so relieved...usually I get jabbed so many times its horrible, then they start jabbing my hands.Today was a blessing...the tech knew what she was doing & it was a very good experience.I got in & out very quickly...I had an appointment. The staff was cheerful & friendly.

Local team members were fine, but I am self pay. I don’t waste money and at almost every location provides self pay discount. Quest refused to provide a self pay discount even though I would have been paying them more than the insurance would, even in a discounted price. Never using them again.

The website and phone messages are not accurate, and you can't talk to a person to find out where to go for routine blood work ordered by your doctor.

So angry and frustrated. Took the covid test at CVS's MinuteClinic 10 days ago inAlbuquerwue NM. Was told, at the time, that Quest was processing the sample. Still no results. Really poor performance. It's obvious that the lab is not prepared to handle this many tests. Waiting 10 days and more is totally counterproductive and truly a waste of money.

Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful but there is extreme incompetence in billing. I went for a preventative labs since it was covered in full by my insurance. They never billed my insurance company and kept billing me. After I inquired about the claim status for the third time, they finally asked for my insurance information again. I am still dealing with this 6 months later. This is why no one wants to go to the doctor!
