The girl who helped me was not friendly and she was in a rush and left a huge bruise on my arm. The attached picture is day 10 after my blood drawn.

I made an online appt at the lab in Rio Rancho. The poor tech was working BY HERSELF!! She was logging patients in, answering the phone, AND drawing blood!!!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
While I was able to get right in because of the online appt she had an office FULL OF PEOPLE…..Poor her!!
As a former RN I can tell you THAT SCENARIO contributes to errors.
Luckily she was taking her time,
being very professional and checking things carefully. But it will happen…..
FURTHERMORE—when I called the Quest Diagnostic center I was put through the never ending cycle of “press the numbers” with no one to ever talk to!!!
I can only imagine the nightmare going on behind the scenes if this is what I see as a patient!!!

After waiting more than 2 hours because I was a walk-in and didn't have an appointment, the technician refused to to do a lab a blood lab for vitamin d which is covered by my insurance in network at 100%. Instead, the technician demanded my credit card for $352 for the vitamin d blood test I declined. I called Blue Cross Blue shield and they informed me that yes vitamin d lab work is covered and that the technician lied to me. I have sent quest two written complaints concerning the technician's behavior, but quest has not responded. They have sent me a bill. I am going to treat the bill the same way quest treated my complaint.

I’ve been going to the journal center location for years and the last 2 times I’ve been the people are so rude. If you’re in the business that serves the people you need to be more pleasant if not find another job you make an unpleasant thing a lot more unpleasant

Same as the other location. No way to talk to anyone and all their Information is wrong. If you need to fax and order to this location the fax is 505.355.6986. The woman at the other location gave me a card to reschedule with this locations address and a different fax. So this time I decided to book here since that’s the address on the card with the fax number on and the other lady was kinda rude and it was a hassle so I decided to try this location but same issue. They seem like they would rather turn you away then work. I had an appointment an Dr order Fax well the fax on the other card is not for this location and he said that fax is not active (although it was a few months ago in July just for the other location but this address so ya a confusing mess Ik). So here I am again wasting time and having to resend everything to a different number and reschedule my appointment and re drive out because they don’t have accurate info and no customer service to call and make sure they got the order. The website by the way had my order that I selected to make the appointment so if the website did and they faxed to the number with this address on why can they not access and I show up and have to redo everything?

You’re not able to speak to a human connected to this company when making your appointment. I made my appointment via automated phone system, checked in and waited for my appointment but was then turned away because the test had not been ordered by a Doctor or my company. This was not mentioned at ANY TIME during the automated phone appointment booking process. Do not recommend going here.

Why is this "Phil" still working here? He is named in several reviews how rude he is. This turns away people. Was at the lab at 3:50 and it had looked like the sign in place had been vandalized. So I walk in the door and said hello and I was informed "we are closed" in a mean mean voice. His name is Phill "Did you not see the sign in was gone?" Granted they are suppose to be closed at 4:00 pm. He was just rude rude. This was my first time visit at quest labs and I do not want to come back. I have been to many Tricore labs and always greeted nicely and friendly. Oh I also asked if there were other quest labs open later " no they all close at 4:00" which is not true and I could have gone to another one. I will not ever return to the journal quest labs.

I’m really unsure of why but I was treated so poorly here. Savanah is incredibly hateful. I said “good morning” “how are you?” But for some reason she just wanted to be rude. She kept asking me questions about the doctor that ordered my tests as if I was lying about something. They were also uneducated about the test I had ordered. I brought everything I was supposed to bring and they turned me away. My ordering doctor offered to talk to them on the phone but then they said I lost my appointment time. Really horrible experience!

The monitor says zero patients being served. We checked in for appointment 25 minutes ahead of time scheduled time. They get people walk-in faster. So just walk in don't make an appointment. While lobby has a room full of people who check in early for their appointments.

Technician was superb. Scheduling an appointment online, however, was a nightmare with the website portal not alllowing me to submit an appointment request

Patients be aware to be challenged by a very rude individual! He had me shaking and I was afraid to say anything back because after all he was about to put a needle in my arm. This was at Journal Center Quest lab. I didn't even want to give a one star review. If I could have given a 0 stars I certainly would have!

I was actually taken a few minutes earlier than my scheduled time! And Devonte Smith was a real pro, kind, thoughtful, and stuck me with the greatest of comfort.

When I went in for a regular scheduled blood draw, the order wasn’t there so the phlebotomist waited for me to called the Dr and have the order sent over. The order was quickly sent and this chore was able to get done. ?
