This machine frequently has technical issues along with rarely anything good to watch. The last surprise I got was a bait & switch from some idiot customer stealing the DVD copy and swapping out the I.D. sticker onto a blank CD-R. My next call was to billing... their customer service is impossible to reach... I had better luck using their automated response to report the issue as an unplayable disk. Over all I rate the experience negative and am probably never going to use red box again... too much of a inconvenience.
