Regal Winrock is a very nice and clean theater with plenty of room. The seats are well spaced, comfortable, and have personal trays. It offers exciting concessions and premium viewing formats like 3D, 4DX, RPX, and ScreenX. The staff provides amazing, friendly, helpful, and outstanding customer service. However, it can be understaffed at the concession counter, and the lines for tickets and food can take longer. Some guests can be disrespectful with side chatter. The prices are also considered overpriced and crazy by some. The restrooms are clean and well stocked, and the theater is marked for exciting upgrades.
The thing about this is we wanted to watch a movie with the one that moves but we didn't & its to over priced with all the prices up crazy ill never go back its crazy 4 ppl around 90 then I heard that there other movie theaters that are way cheaper

Very nice experience. Great theater, clean and plenty of room. Some of the guests could be a bit more respectful. Lots of side chatter and whispering. I guess that’s the day and age we live in now. People are just plain disrespectful and rude.

Ariah and Trinity are amazing staff members. Customer service was outstanding! Ariah helped me through some app issues and was able to get the problem solved right away.
