Security stopped us at the door because too many people were in there, then let us enter within 5 seconds. That was weird... Customer service was okay and could have been better. The store needs a good cleaning.

Management was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude to my handicapped mother. My mother decided to make a huge sacrifice by going to this Ross by herself to get the family some Christmas presents. By the time she was done shopping she was understandably tired and someone let her cut in front of them at the checkout line because they saw her struggling.
This racist, hateful, ignorant manager decided to come and yell at my mother to go to the back of the line instead of talking to her like a normal person. The people that allowed her to get in front of them tried vouching for my mother but the manager didn’t seem to care about anything other than the little bit of power he must have starved for so badly that day. In fact, he yelled at her so loudly that the entire store could hear.
Please, i’m not even asking you guys to train your employee (Manager), I just ask that the people hired here aren’t psychopaths that can’t solve a dispute without having a huge tantrum. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

To start with you need to wait to be allowed into the store. I can only assume it's a security issue. Once in you are not greeted by anyone. The displays are basically piles of merchandise some even on the floor. I don't think I have ever been in a store that looked so bad. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I will never go into that place again.

The Ross Store on Central & Atrisco has the worst customer service ever. I have never been so disrespected in my life. They say the apple does not fall far from the tree well the csr does not fall far from its managers at that location. The worst ever I will never go back!
