DO NOT SHOP HERE! I had the displeasure of going to this location where I had not 1 but 2 loss prevention employees following me around the store. I did not have on bulky clothing, no large bags or backpacks. The only thing that made me a suspect was that I was the only darked skinned person in the store. I think it is time for a Ross Boycott. I have never been so disgusted in my 50 years of life.

extremely rude customer service! They laugh in your face when you bring an issue up! People should really consider who gets hired there and their employees should be taught a little about customer service! If it wasnt for our paying customers they would not have money coming in! I had never had any issues with any of the other ross stores except for this one! The customer should have the liberty to bring an issue up but when it is they talk on top of you an do not give you any time to express yourself. Personally i do not understand how these people still have a job.

Amy and Adrian are useless and rude i have had an incident with other customers and even them and when its brought up to the manager amy she says she cant do anything about it and when i have tried to contact the corporative they dont want to reach out and give it to you they act like they dont know even when they have said they gave it but cant give it to you only so you cant report them

This is the worst Ross I have ever been to staff is so incredibly rude. I have never been treated this way in any Ross in Albuquerque I was totally appalled. The cashier asked me to take the clothes off the hangers and was upset because she had to do her job The manager was no help He was just as rude. I do not recommend coming to this Ross there are plenty other Ross's in Albuquerque if you want to be treated badly go to the Ross on atrisco it is the worst in Albuquerque!!!

To whom and main concern I don't know where you guys hire some of these people that work here at the Ross one particular person that worked at register 1 at 12:31pm on Sunday, September 22 named delvin Was very rude and he's throwing Rosses merchandise all over just throwing them on the floor wherever he feels like it. He grab the water out of my hands twice and scanned it over and over don't know what was that about gave my husband attitude because he told him he's doing an exchange for the shoes cause they were the wrong size I never seen anything like this. He's very rude unprofessional. I don't think he likes his job. Very uncomfortable experience with Delvin very rude that is not how you're supposed to work and treat people!! Very bad attitude, unprofessional.
Please do better Ross!!

They take your picture before they let you in the store, watch you check out and then ask for your receipt! Plus they're rude! I will never go back to this store. I'm not going to shop anywhere that treats thier customer like this. There are plenty of other stores to shop at. Why would Ross let their staff treat people this way? I have no idea...

Rude workers unorganized and messy! security is a joke. She wanted to check my receipt when I was holding two cases of water and she just singled me out very prejudice store.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I understand theft in our city. But everyone in the store was rude. I was treated like a criminal after I paid for my items. Told over hyped security guard I would not shop at that store again. He said “that’s fine with me”. It’s dirty and items all over the place. Very rude staff.

Very rude staff. I was just at the store and an older man was trying to ask a question in Spanish to a young lady working there she was so rude to him and she was making really bad faces at him saying things in English because she knows he doesn't understand. like it was his fault she was working there. Seriously there is some people that should just not work in customer service.
