Went in today to get a few items around 2:30-3pm I swear it was the absolute worst .one female cashier and the prevention loss guy and all they were doing was chit chatting away like there wasn't a very long line that wrapped around .the female cashier was the slowest and chit chatty rather than get the line smaller the other customers were getting frustrated and just as annoyed as I was. Then the male cashier decided to come and get on a register he was just as bad as she was then she decided to go on break while the line was long at least shorten the line get ppl out quickly as possible ppl have other things to do than stand in line for 20 min watching cashier be slow and socialize 🤦🏻♀️and after finally I got to register with my 2 items the prevention loss guy literally saw what I had and still proceeded to check my bag and receipt seriously 🤦🏻♀️worst experience ever! Get better faster cashiers that actually do their job and get the line going and not chit chat and go as slow as possible.it was very hard for me to hold my tongue

Great selection of women's clothing. Unfortunately, the fitting rooms in the back of the store are closed, and only TWO makeshift fitting rooms for men and women are located near the entrance. Upon entering, I was stopped so that my face could be scanned in the event that I'm a shoplifter.

Some goofy process to get in the store, claiming safety. Employees blocking product lanes and sizes misplaced. I won't go back.

horrible store you’re telling me they only have 1 cashier for a line of 30 and then you got the “security” more like a door greeter or bouncer at a night club at the front watching because apparently he cant help out its part of his job so whoever runs that is a joke! hire more cashiers! not these jokes you call security they cant even stop people from stealing would give 0 stars if possible

Barricaded from entry. “Security” offered no explanation. How long did he expect me to just stand there in the roped off area? There are plenty of other stores, will never go back to this one.

This Ross store is about the UGLIEST Ross in the whole state of New Mexico. The employees here are trash they are VERY MEAN and Ugly the most HORRIBLE customer service. The store is VERY dirty. There's clothes thrown all over the floor. Disgusting store.
