The Worst Experience i have in 10 yrs working with the shops all around the states. Service department did they job but the parts department was the WORST . They over charge me with $520.00 on the shifter and plus charge me for shipment because the part was for Kenworth and cross the street is Kenworth dealer and i check for the same part for walk in price and it was $520.00 cheaper. I spoke with the parts manager KEVIN and the answer i got was "I'm not changing the price and I DON'T CARE".When i speak with the service manager about that he told me they are separate from the parts and they have a lot of problems with the parts department and that he is so sorry but he can not do anything........this kind of ripoff I'm expecting from some small shops but not from certified dealer like this this is shame in the trucking industry.

We where travelling through NM and where having an issue with DPF filter on 2023 Peterbilt, and went for warranty work at Rush. What a disappointment in all aspects of this service. We arrived on Wednesday morning and the work was completed late the following Tuesday. The communication at the service counter was terrible, it was like we where bothering them when we would ask for an update. There attitude was they could care less about our situation, we eventually had to get Cummins involved to speed up the process. A one to two day job took six. A "Good" Business shows respect to their customers, has open dialogue, is upfront about the situation, and gives good service, sadly we did not experience any of that. We would never recommend Rush Truck Center in Albuquerque.

I'm not one that usually writes reviews, I am old school and would usually just Make a phone call, but this young man was great! They were Excellent. After waiting for T/a that NEVER SHOWED UPAFTER 15 HOURS I WAS 15 MILES AWAY. The Mechanic that came out Tyrel was great. He s informative, went above and beyond what he had to do. He saved me from being towed. Was repaired properly. I just can't say enough about at a great Mechanic and guy!

Well I have had a lot of bad experiences but this place is definitely great! Especially RJ, he's a young guy and very professional. Every issue he found, he talked it over with me with detailed explanations. RJ, you're the best man!

As a O/O I will be the first to admit I am not always a fan of Rush Peterbilt dealers, sometimes you have no choice and this was one of those time. Without getting into the long drawn out details, I was towed into the shop on a Tuesday night. Truck was diagnosed the following morning and the repairs started late that day. As most drivers are during a breakdown, I was between a rock and a hard place (and under a load) and need the truck back as soon as possible. It was told, but not promised to me on Friday afternoon that the truck should be done before the close of business on Saturday. When I reached out Saturday morning to inquire I was told it was looking slim and that it should be done Monday. Because of the situation I was in that would have cost me literally thousands of dollars in lost revenue on top of the $5k repair quote. After pleading my case to the service writer he and the tech assigned to my truck said they understood and sympathized with my situation and would do everything in their power to complete the work by end of day Saturday. I am pleased to say they came through and this location has my utmost gratitude and a customer for life. Thank you!!

We called the call center for 6 C15 sleeves(liners) (camisas para piston) a guy called Jorge said they had them at this location. And gave us a reference number. ( 40137917). We drove 9 hours to get them. Half way there we called this store directly talked with Rick to confirm they had them and he said yes so we rushed to get there before closing. When we get there the same guy we talked to on the phone Rick says they don’t have them that it must be a mistake in the system. All he got to say sorry we don’t have em.

No longer care about customer service! When you call for parts and they do not have it and can't get if for a week or more they will give you the wrong part number so you have a hard time getting your parts anywhere else. No other Peterbilt does this except Albuquerque.

Dishonest, and ripoff drivers. Shoddy repairs that you will need to come back for, so they can repair it again. When road testing my truck, there were five excessive speed events sent to my company. Terrible place to deal with.

My truck was in for a faulty coolant sensor. I was told truck would be repaired and ready Saturday. I went there today and they hadn’t even started the repairs. I went off on them and now truck is in bay being repaired. Will now be ready on Monday. My work already gave them authorization and they tried to add things on that we’re not authorized to repair that weren’t even having problems. No way. I’ll never come to this shop again trying the switch and bait

I called them this morning at 7 o’clock to diagnose my truck and they told me there are two in front of me that’s probably it going to take two hours to diagnose my truck after three hour rating I went inside to the reception guy to check what’s going on then he says that I have a couple more trucks in front of me I told him the guy told me that I have only two trucks in front of me in the morning then he went inside again to shop and came back telling me that yeah there is two trucks in front of you, but we didn’t even start working on them yet in three hours it didn’t start working so my point is if you guys are super Duper busy then why are you guys not giving up approximate time I can’t wait all day to diagnose my truck, so that or you guys just said we don’t have time so Driver or Owneroperator can move forward to the next location where he was going and I I was like disappoint to see that friggin three hour they didn’t even start on the first track I don’t know about their mechanics, but their receptionist need to be professional.

Do not make the mistake of coming to Rush Albuquerque for a service or repair. They charged us $1200 to replace a $50 fuel filter! We even explained that the fuel filter can't be the problem because we just replaced the primary and secondary fuel filters less than 10k miles ago. So when the same codes flash on the dashboard 150 miles down the road we were not surprised. So I called and spoke to the facility manager Kevin Walker. He promised they would take care of the costs and perform quality work if we come back. 3 days later they present us a $2500 invoice for running some algaecide through our fuel system and flushing our fuel inlet valve. What happened to covering the costs? Worse off we are not even sure that this will resolve our fuel performance issue. Rush Albuquerque, you shouldn't question your customers for holding you to a level of quality that is being delivered at other Rush locations. You need to be held accountable for performing a quality root cause analysis and an audit needs to be performed of your billing practices and business ethics.

1st mistake bought a 2018 579 from TLG Peterbilt in spring field mo they said had 90 warranty and red oval warranty within 90 days had front end looked at Rush Peterbilt 2nd mistake had them fix it under warranty they let me leave shop and then over 2 months later they send me a bill for over 4200.00 cause spring field doesn't want to pay the bill and own up to there 90 day warranty so now I get threatening email from Rush Peterbilt in Albuquerque to pay bill which was under warranty buyer beware Peterbilt is over rated at one time they were better trucks not no more
