They charged me gratuity on a transaction where all I bought were some lip rings. Super weird considering I was not asked if I wanted to give a tip, when they told me the price it was before hand. Yeah it was only like 3 bucks but still not cool. Pay attention to your card transactions here especially if they're not informing you of an ATM card fee like most places that use square or other card readers.

Best place to get your piercings or whatever you need. Staff is awesome super respectful and caring. Never had such a great experience with staff like this one. I love my eyebrow peircing. Definitely will be returning. Thanks again to all the employees.

I had a great experience getting a more personal piercing done at this shop. From start to finish, the staff was professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. The studio was clean and followed strict hygiene protocols, which I really appreciated.Pricing was very fair and affordable without compromising on quality. The piercer explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place for more intimate piercings, I highly recommend this spot. They handled everything with care and professionalism.

Went in for a snake bite set for my daughter and they were amazing throughout! There was a miscommunication about timing but they were wonderful and we got the piercings done! Clean, professional, well-kept, and the staff were so accommodating. My daughter is happy with her piercings, and they were very clear in their aftercare instructions. Thanks so much y'all!

Sachs used to be a really reputable piercing shop but the quality has severely went downhill. They have basically no selection of jewelry and seem to just be prioritizing tattoos. They’re overpriced for the service, experience, and jewelry offered. If you’re looking for a quality piercing, I’d encourage you to look elsewhere.

Staff was welcoming, professional and very friendly. Jack pierced my 3 year old ear lobes and was gentle, precise and professional. I highly recommend Jack for any piercing needs you may have.

Do you know what makes a good tattoo artist? I think it is NOT someone who knows how to draw pictures on skin and that is it, but someone who also listens and cares about the tattoo. It's the character, empathy and the confidence of the person as well.
I would never have stepped in this shop if it wasnt for Jack. He was willing to give me a tattoo no other so called " Tattoo artist" would. No one wanted the challenge. No one would even here my story as to why I wanted it. Jack did. I spent a totally of 7 hours, and laughed my heart out at the pain.
After 14 No's from various ," tattoo artist" I finally got the tattoo of my dreams and Jack made it happen. To me he is the best Tattoo Artist ever!!
Thanks Jack , this ment the world to me.
