Great service. Quoted 2-3 hours but done quicker. Management will even try to help with discount on your service. Highly recommend.

If you do have to use them or select to choose them. Please do not do anything with this business if not fully documented in writing in advance. Ask for an exact install itemized bill. OEM or OE product being installed. Take pictures of everything on your vehicle immediately before and after. If you speak with your customer care, write down the dates, times, employees name and information. I would even recommend getting permission to record the people in the shop who are talking to you before work. Good luck! To the response-- speaking to your customer care is exactly why you earned a 1star.

Overall, the job got done so I’ll say that. But the first time I ever got my windshield replaced a few years ago I went to the cutler location and they were rude and not very friendly at all. Fast forward a few months ago from now I had to get my significant others windshield replaced when this location just opened and they were the most friendly people ever. Now just recently I had to get my wind shield replaced again it’s the same guys as the cutler location and same experience as a few years ago. Rude, none chalante and just overall and eh experience

Made an insurance claim and an appointment 9 days in advance to replace my windshield. Arrived 10 mins early to drop off my truck. Talked to the guy at the front desk; he said “someone will be right up to check me in”. I waited in the lobby for 40 mins and still no one checked me in and let me drop off my truck. As soon as you tell them it’s an insurance claim, customer service drops through the basement. Awful.

Pretty terrible experience. Made an appointment and arrived early to drop off my truck. Guy at the desk says someone will be right up to check me in. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and still no one had come up. Awful service. As soon as you tell them it's through your insurance, the customer service dies. Definitely recommend a different location.

My experiences at this location have been great. I’ve had two windshield chips sealed, as well as a windshield replacement with calibration. All three appointments have gone smoothly, and have met my expectations. I definitely recommend this location.

I had booked a service online to replace my front and rear windshield. So I took my vehicle in to the Juan Tabo location. My technician Jordan seemed bothered that I was going over the services that i brought my vehicle in for. While I was talking to him he seemed surprised that I was getting my front dash and rear done at the same time. I asked him if it's normal for people to get both done at the same time just to lighten up the mood but he told me with a blank stare "no it happens but I really wish they scheduled more time for your appointment " so I asked if I had to bring it back tomorrow if they don't finish it? He told me they stay there well after 6 every day, so they would have a solid 5 hours to complete the front/rear replacement the replacement wiper and recalibration. I said okay. Before I left I asked him to make sure that the rear window would Match the privacy glass in the rear of the cabin for me and he told me "well I'm not sure if you ordered the tinted glass so if we don't have it it could take a few days to come in. So 30 minutes after I left the service center I got a call from Jordan informing me that the rear wiper motor/bracket needed to be replaced so I would need to order the part and he could install it later once it came in, and in the mean time he'll tape up the hole in the back windshield and he'll save all of the parts to reinstall them later. So around 3pm I got a call from Jordan telling me that my car was finished so once I got there he was busy on his phone while he was "helping" another customer so I went ahead and checked out with a lady that I had spoke to a few days earlier she was nice and helpful. She processed the payment and handed me a envelope with the price and confirmation number written on the envelope and one of jordans cards in it. While we were going over the work order with her Jordan told her that he had adjusted the order and discounted it X amount since he didn't replace the rear wiper blade and I had confirmed with him that I would bring my car back for him once I have the wiper motor/ bracket. Some how we left the service without receiving an actual receipt showing that we paid so I had call the help line for somone to send me a copy of the receipt showing that the ticket was closed and showing that I have a 0 ballance. So luckily a customer service operator was able to email that receipt. So about a week later I was notified that the rear motor/ bracket had come in from my dealership so once it came in my mechanic told me that they could install the rear motor/bracket for $150 so having the terrible experience I had at safelight I was willing to pay more to make sure it was installed correctly. The only problem was that I was left with half of the parts required to finish my rear wiper and motor assembly. Jordan told me he would save all the pieces so he could put it back together but I was short a few nuts and wiper arm assembly and wiper blade. They weren't in the trunk with the old rear motor/mount so that was an extra $60 of parts that I should not have had to replace. Also when I made the appointment I talked to the lady from the Juan Tabo Service center and asked her if I should vacuum the glass that had fell into my trunk and she told me don't worry about cleaning it because your paying for us to clean it. So of course I left it and it got everywhere and there is so much glass left over where my spare tire is it is ridiculous. And there is probably a good handful inside the rear hatch that reminds me of the shotty job that was done for me at the Juan tabo safelight. And to top off everything, weeks later the seal on the rear windshield is just falling off. This experience with Safelight and my technician Jordan has been a nightmare and has cost me hundreds of extra dollars to try and get my vehicle back in order. I wish I could post pictures to show how my vehicle was returned. My advice is to schedule services with the Jefferson location. There's a noticeable difference in

“Repaired” three chips on my windshield. During the repair process each chip expanded to 3-4X their original size. Apparently, the suction cups they use to extract air caused the chips to expand. It was 100 degrees that day and my belief is that they did not give the windshield enough time to cool before the repair (30 minutes for the entire job). The fact that Safelite charges 3X as much as other shops is ridiculous considering the poor quality of work. At this point I need to replace the windshield.

Great repair, but took an hour of our effort to pay our invoice due to dead end or circular phone trees and a broken online portal (that is likely corporate's fault, but having a local number could have solved things).

Went there to get a windshield replaced and they messed up my safety cameras recalibration. Thing is they did not tell me I had to find out on my own. Then they give me some bogus reply that my suspension is off and that is why my camera is viewing half way into the other lane. Stay away from here!

Good work, only reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to come back two more times over a one week period, to have a problem fixed with my wipers being reinstalled. They were not placed exactly correct and my automatic wipers weren’t operating properly due to being taken off by the tech and not reinstalling them properly. Thank you to Ryan and Robert for fixing the problem, and getting my car back to normal.

I spent almost $1000 dollars on a windshield replacement that took all day. Now apparently my windshield washer in inoperable post repair. Now I get to drop off my vehicle again, and waste more time. This should definitely be part of their post installation checklist. Apparently, according to a Google search this is a common occurance.
