This year will be my last getting a membership to Sams Club. I provided a 4 star because Sams club itself and staff are great and offer products I use. However. Their delivery is ridiculous. Most of the time drivers do not speak English. They cannot find my address nor can they read instructions and more than 50 percent of the time my groceries are delivered back to the store. Sams Club do better. Fix the issue please. There are other options. Other customers are complaining about the same experience. Fix it.

Shopping wise is always good but having to deal with the other customers can get frustrating. Not sure what it is but the crowd that goes here is so rude. Rude to each other, rude to the people that work there, as if they are superior. No one knows how to say excuse me, they will straight take you out with their carts and then look at you like it's your fault.

I'm a walmart employee, and I was going into a Sam's Club for my first time to get a membership. The ladies at the front were helpful and quick. Shopping at Sam's Club was exciting so much to look at, and the prices were decent. Just lots of people shopping. But overall good experience.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to do my usual shopping and as I went over to the fruit section I stopped by the juice stand, I asked if there were any samples at the time knowing I was buying another bottle anyway. The polite and kind juicer said unfortunately they weren’t at the time but they had just made some bottle and I said okay no worries, before I grabbed one of the bottles they had freshly made, and some management rips a bottle out of their hands and demands samples immediately, honestly this made me so uncomfortable and grossed out I just put my stuff down and walked away, is this how you treat your people sams club?!?!?!!! 0/5 stars

clean and friendly. there's never enough people working the registers, but that seems to be the case at any big box outlet.

Scan & Go is the next best thing to pick up. A male shopper helped me load 6 gal. of distilled water (thank you) and a Sam's employee loaded it in my car(thank you). I unloaded it, 1 at a time
Lol.

There is an ear piercingly loud alarm that goes off from time to time. It is extremely loud no matter what part of the store I am in. For those of us with tinnitus, it is painful. I'm guessing it is painful for others too. Furthermore, there is the robotic floor cleaner with an annoying chime that wanders the store. Add this to the normal noise of a crowded store, and this place is an assault on the ears. I'll be going elsewhere. Make it stop!

Get there early for the best shopping. Often crowded. Mostly, it is a visit for less expensive seafood, poultry, red meats, and other protein sources. I also buy athletic and casual clothing here. They have a great selection of camping gear, sports accessories, and bedding.
