I have dumped Sams on Eubank because of one nasty "woman" Twice that I have been in there she have given me a hard time.The first time, I tried to get a manager to come settle a dispute, but they wouldn't come out of the room across from the self service check out. The second time I have proof of her lack of customer service. This "woman" needs to be fired! I have been a loyal customer for 30 years! Now I'm a Cost Co. customer and they can get my $300.00 a month shopping.

Your forcing another app for people to buy deli stuff. Couldn't buy hotdogs or pizza because your are not maintaining payment kiosks for people who don't have smart phones or those who pay cash. Albuquerque eubanknstore. Very disappointed

I was verbally attacked by staff when I refused to show my membership card. The very membership card that I would need in order to even checkout. I always use my phone. Which I was already using for an audiobook. Other locations never seem bothered that I just walk in. I ended up leaving because staff chased me down and told me to stay where I was for the store manager. After 10 minutes, I called the store to ask for the manager. I was told he was in a meeting and could not be interrupted. I told the customer service rep that I was inside the store waiting to talk to the manager. She very rudely emphasized ma'am as she told me to go do my shopping and ask for the manager at checkout. Then she hung up on me. I walked out. I went to straight to Renaissance where I requested to have my physical card reprinted even though the door man here smiled at me and did not ask to see my membership card, as usual. They don't attack you on the nicer side of town I guess. If this happens again, I'll just switch to Costco. They attack their customers but at least we expect it. I did not expect this poor behavior from Sam's. I'm very disappointed.

I LOVE SAM'S CLUB!!!! I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY HERE. I AM PRETTY UPSET THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FSA DEBIT CARDS FOR THE FSA/HSA ELIGABLE ITEMS THEY ADVERTISE ON THE WEBSITE. I UNDERSTAND I CAN PAY OUT OF POCKET AND SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSMENT, ALTHOUGH WHAT IF I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND I CAN NOT USE MY FSA DEBIT CARD.......THIS JUST REALLY PUT A BAD TASTE IT MY MOUTH. THAT SOULD BE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO USE THEIR FSA DEBIT CARD TO PURCHASE THE FSA ELIGABLE ITEMS. SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO COSTCO AS THEY DO ACCEPT FSA DEBIT CARDS...

My dad and I went to this location today, 01/17/2025 at around 3:30pm, and the the girl checking our stuff out was very rude to us. She told us to wait our turn. She’s a redhead. This is absolutely wrong because as customers, we are entitled to friendly service 100% of the time. I will never shop at this Sam’s again. Management, train your employees better.

Today is October 16th upon arriving at the Sam's there were 14 pumps out of service and the gas price was $0.10 more than the one at Renaissance I asked what the big difference was and the guy said he doesn't know he doesn't make the prices so I'm assuming Sam's is getting greedy because it used to be 5 cents off a gallon if you were close to a Walmart I'm sure not many people notice because if they don't shop at the Renaissance one they would have no idea that their gas was $2.60 a gallon Eubank I paid $2.96 0.9 a gallon

Please staff more than 2 people at the cafe. Super long slow line today. A bunch of us placed our orders through our phones and waited in line in front of counter. Nobody helped us. Looked like they had way too much to do like catch pizzas out of the oven. I had to walk away because they took so long! Cafe should be FAST!
