Stopped in quickly to get some dental floss and we were immediately greeted by an employee rudely asking me if I had a membership card. I was quick to point out to my friend who did. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.

The cooks at the sams really disappointed me because they kept telling me and my family to wait 10 minutes about two times while they proceeded to attend other costumers it was completely discrimination I would not recommend.

I recently got a Sam's Club membership thanks to T-Mobile offering a sweet deal I just couldn't pass up. This was my first time at the Eubank location. Soon as I entered the parking lot I was already being hounded by homeless people asking for change. Walking in the staff at the door didn't even bother to greet nor did they ask to see my club card.Normally I wouldn't make a big deal but the staff there were very rude and not very friendly. When I asked where the tortillas were the transgender employee I spoke with told me "you didn't see the table full of them when you passed it?" I replied I had no idea there was a table and mentioned it was my first time at that location. They gave me another snarky comment about how I should check the prescription on my glasses. It goes without saying that left a sour taste that I almost abandoned my cart to head out the door. Sadly I was low on supplies and too lazy to drive to one of the other locations. I ended up just getting the rest of my supplies. First time using the convenient scan and go feature and the woman at the exit was very rude demanding my receipt and then got irritated when I showed her the barcode on my phone. On the way back to my car there was an individual walking through the parking lot going between cars possibly casing the area. They have security driving around but not enough to make it feel safe. All I know is this is the last time I'll be returning to this location. Between the sketchy people hanging around the parking lot and the rude staff I'm sorry to say but this is the worst Sam's Club I've ever been in.

I chose this location because it is close to work. I waited about 5 days to pick up my prescription after it was sent to ensure it would be ready so I wouldn't waste my 30 minute lunch. They told me to wait a minute. It took 43 minutes for me to get my prescription. My work is calling me angry and as I'm standing there I get a text saying they just filled my prescription and it's ready. I still waited 12 minutes after receiving that text. With no one in line. Super unimpressed and very annoyed. Had I known it would have taken this long I would have gone and actually gotten to eat on my lunch and just come back some other time.

The gas prices are one of the lowest in the city. As for the other items there is a consistent supply of needed items. There have been a few things that they have discontinued items that were good and they have not brought back. The self check out or the use of the app are quicker ways to get in and out.

As egg prices keep going up, I can't be quiet any longer. Not only have the eggs doubled in price since two weeks ago (Thanks Uncle Joe), but when I get eggs, I don't expect to get short-changed. Sam's should take at look at continuing to do business with Sunny Meadows as they are short changing the customers on their eggs as they keep doing when I buy the double carton (18 large eggs). They are ripping off each customer by the number of eggs they are selling in each carton. For the last 5 -6 times I have bought these eggs, there are always missing eggs in these cartons. I want a refund or another egg vendor.

We came for gas. Prices are best in town. BUT the layout is atrocious- weaving in and out of parking spaces for the Club. It's not as efficient as our Costco experiences. We did not go in the store. Might be better organized. Know it has good prices.

Overall I like this location and they always have items in stock. Today was just not a good day at Sam’s Club or they were just very unorganized at least in the pharmacy department.

Today's price of fuel is $2.16 Went into the store and bought some Members Mark jeans. $12.98 a pair. Sam's club was very clean as usual. I did not need any assistance from an associate. The associates did seem to be very helpful with other customers. I did the scan and go on my phone so I do not have to wait in line. I also went over to the food court and got a huge slice of pizza for $1.98

I like SC on Eubank but their carelessness during the Pandemic is unacceptable. I was planning to go tomorrow but will wait they handle this.
