Jonathon Guzman was ready for us when we walked in. He pulled up our info and confirmed everything. Service was completed in about 3 hrs from drop off. We were sent a video of what was done and completed. Pick up was just as easy as drop off. No stress. No hassle. They even washed our vehicle. Jonathon was professional through the whole process. Spoke with one of the gentlemen sales reps (forgot his name). He was very friendly and nice to talk with. He offered us the great coffee you serve in the lobby. Our experience has always been a positive one when we’ve taken our car for service.

My wife and I were thinking about getting a Mini Cooper. We don't live in NM but were here for a day and had some time to spare so we stopped in to test drive some. We ended up working with Lawrence. Lawrence was great and showed us all the different models and we test drove them. Even though we lived out of state and most likely wouldn't be purchasing from them Lawrence stayed in touch to make sure we found the car we were looking for and even reviewed our current deals when we did purchase one to let us know if that was a good deal or not. Highly recommend this place.

Great team in repair department Lindsay went above and beyond my expectations to help me eventually win my battle with warranty company. She was great with keeping me updated and informed with status of my repair Sandia Mini is fortunate to have her on the staff.

We are involved in MTTS cross country rally. We drove from Virginia to Albuquerque only to arrive and find the hood latch cable had broken making it impossible to open the hood.
Despite the fact that close to 1000 MINIs were arriving to register - many with their own car problems - we were greeted and taken care of by an exceptionally courteous and professional staff. Particularly notable was David Mirabal. With friendliness and courtesy, he took care of our problem efficiently and in much less time than we imagined.
Thank you so much for handling the day so well, and taking care of our emergency.
