We took our mom to get a bed that would help her because she has a very bad back and we have nothing but praise for our sleep number bed. Zachary was beyond awesome. He explained everything in great detail and was incredibly patient and kind and now we’re a three sleep number bed family! Thank you!
Then 2 months later we returned to buy a bed for the other set of parents and upgrade our own bed to the incredible, 360 climate bed! We worked with Zachary once again, and it was nothing but a perfect experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his product, awesomely patient, and an all-around fabulous human being. It was once again a great experience, and I would recommend anyone buy a bed there not just for the quality of the product, but the customer service.

I went to the sleep number store on Alameda rd in albuquerque nm. I was first greeted immediately by Zachary. This man was more than helpful showing me several different options, and finding my sleep number. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the product. I ended up purchasing a bed and some accessories he showed. Overall I give Zachary a 5 out of 5.

Our current sleep number bed is over 20 yrs. old. Other mattress beds didn’t work for sleeping good this past year. We decided to look at sleep number beds again. Zachary, office manager, helped us discover the true value of sleep number. We saw why our prior sleep number levels in the old bed worked perfectly for aligning our bodies for a good night of sleep. Mine was and still is 75 and my husband was and still is 65. We can sleep together comfortably on the same bed while using different firmness levels. Zachary used their computer to show us why other beds caused pain due to support issues and how adjusting the sleep number bed to the perfect level eliminates body pains (mine are skull, neck and back, husband is shoulder and back). And, the new technology is amazing for adjusting the firmness to meet the needs of both sides of the body if you toss and turn. When we tried out the bed and pillows in the store, I almost fell asleep after 5 minutes of lying down. I was so comfortable! Zachary was professional, informational, and fun to work with. While we only planned to look around, we bought the bed, headboard, pillows and sheets by the time we left. Oh!…The sheets are going to be amazing with all around strong elastic and straps at the corners. No more fighting with the sheets coming off in our sleep. Thanks Zachary for making this a fun and valuable purchase so we can continue to rest well in our senior years that are coming up!
