The experience of buying a bed from Sleep Number could not have been better! Ashley, Trinity & Johnathan were fantastic and knew everything about their products. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase! We tried numerous brands of smart beds and Sleep Number was the best offered. Highly recommend this establishment!!

Trinity & Ashley were very helpful and were very knowledgeable. They explained the updates in technology since we bought our last Sleep Number mattress(this will be our third over 23 years). They were very patient in answering our questions and matching us to the right mattress.

This mattress has been a nightmare to deal with! I have been trying to return it from day one and here we are 2-months later and they still have not picked it up. They canceled pickup today after confirming the pickup time and date. My husband took time off work to be here and they said they have to reschedule in 1-month. I am so sore and tired of sleeping on the most uncomfortable bed and they just keep prolonging the nightmare!!! We offered to take the bed back ourselves and they said we can’t do that either. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

I highly recommend this store because first, Ashley, one of the sales associates was so helpful to what I needed. Second, the store was clean and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Lastly, the quality of the mattresses were excellent. Overall, this is a great experience for me as a first timer at Sleep Number! What are you waiting for? Go to this location and check it out!

Ashley has to be the kindest and most knowledgeable Sleep Number Sales Representative! She answered all of our questions without hesitation! We hadn’t bought a Sleep Number in 12years! She made it so easy and we were in and out of there in no time! The easiest process ever!

Not to sure how to write this review but service from sleep number has been absolutely phenomenal and great dealing with anyone from the stores has been great.
the quality of bed is just terrible for anyone that has had previous back injuries my back and my wife's back are almost in pain every morning waking up and we've barley owned the bed for a few years it's been probably the worst 4k we've spent because our quality of sleep is getting worse and worse.
We've tried all settings and it still same had to replace parts it's just not very user conscientious for 4000 dollars I definitely should have went some other route and probably been happier and more comfortable for probably half the price!!!
That's not gonna help us with the customer service line what are they going to do refund me my money and come pick this pile of crap up? Because that's the only thing that would satisfy me as a customer have a good day!
