Sleep number Corp stinks. Lousy customer support. Bed was set up incorrectly, which we didn’t know for almost a year until one of the sides became misshaped. We had to pay to have it rectified. Their sheets are inferior as well. We would never buy another Sleep Number product EVER. The quality is poor - inferior product. Worst purchase we’ve ever made. Waste of $9,000.

Horrible customer support. After spending $10,000 on a bed we got a delivery date three weeks out for a show-up time at 11:30 to 2:30. We followed their checklist and got everything out of the bedroom. At 2:30 we called to ask where they were and were told we were not on the schedule! It turns out there was a defect in the bed BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND TELL US. Horrible customer support. Also, what does it say about their quality control such that it get all the way ready to be delivered and then they find severe problems requiring them to order another bed and rescheduling us another two weeks out. If I had known this before hand, would not have got a sleep number bed for this level of service and quality control—too many other good mattress options out there. Disappointing for this level of purchase.

Our salesperson was Zach, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He made everything easy to understand without pressuring us to make a purchase. I would definitely recommend everyone who sleeps to experience the mapping technology they have at the store. In order to better understand your sleeping habits, and what will work best for you. If your thinking about buying a bed, and/or tired of waking up in pain...definitely stop in at Sleep Number.

I am excited to receive my bed in the next few weeks! Our experience at this store with Zachary Montoya was excellent. He was very thorough when helping us try the different mattresses. He also answered all the questions that I had going into the store. Overall great experience!

Was told completely wrong information by employee Domacio that the warranty could be transferred. The number he gave for customer service was called by the owner of the bed, as he was instructed to do. Domacio said that all he needed to do was give permission to customer service that the warranty could be transferred. Wrong. The owner called and was helped by Brandy, who then shuffled the call to someone else. They were rude and confrontational to him. I ended up calling to see if this situation could be fixed. I got the run around by an employee and 15 year manager at the Menaul store and by customer service. Never again will I recommend a Sleep Number bed.

The service at this store is fantastic. Johnathan the store manager made us not only feel comfortable and un-rushed but also was so very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us and other customers, yet not once did we feel left unattended while he was circling to assist others before the rest of his staff arrived. If you’re in need of a mattress, sleep number is a great and Johnathan is the one you want to speak with about it.
