My husband went to pick up a few items. He struggles walking any distance due to chemo and a fractured back. ALL 6 handicapped parking spots were occupied by vehicles with NO handicapped tags. This is inexcusable. Smith's needs to do better with having these vehicles towed.

Smiths on Tramway and Montgomery are always on top of my prescriptions . Great place to take your prescription. I’ve been going there for years.

I came here on a Monday after work around 5pm. I got all my groceries but there were no cashiers available to ring me up. There were about 15 people in line for full service and about 10 people for the self check out. I had a lot of groceries so I couldn't do self check. It took about 10 minutes to get a new person to open another full service register. I saw one lady in line just put her groceries down and leave. I would have done that too but I really needed my groceries.

Heaven forbid you need actual customer service (forgot my card, loyalty number didn't work, needed a refund with my card applied the next day). The customer service desk stays closed (waited around 20 minutes during a visit I went JUST to see customer service) and the online agents can't actually do anything but parrot back for you to talk to customer service at your store. Neat little scam they've got set up to avoid serving the customer.

Eesh. Some solidly good prices and specials. Generally nice folks working there. Good fresh flowers and baked goods. Produce - notso-hotso, but workable. Good liquor department (I don't know if he's still there, but the guy who was running it for a while was fantastic). But.The checkouts don't really have enough staff, so there'll be a line. There's often a line even at the self-checkout. The Smith's online app for coupons and purchasing is really terrible to navigate. Really terrible. It's no exaggeration to say that the parking lot is the sketchiest place in a three-mile radius: I've seen all manner of druggie and who-knows-what's-up folks slinking around between cars, etc. Cars zoom recklessly through the large parking lot heading across to other businesses or whatever. And the aisles inside are often crowded. This is the nearest Smith's to where we live, but my wife flat-out refuses to go to this one (preferring the one at Mountain Run if she's going to a Smith's). I go here about once a month (my wife always declaims that I'm crazy) but I have to be in the right mood. If you go, check your six . . .

I like Smith's products and coupons. They also have very nice and competent employees. However, they use Instacart for deliveries and that company is terrible. Yesterday, I ordered groceries delivered from Smiths and it was supposed to arrive between 1 and 3 pm. Note that I am disabled and need grocery delivery. An Instacart employee Named Nathaniel E. emailed me at 12:30 to say he was shopping for my groceries, and I did not hear from him after that. He did not deliver the groceries and I found out he canceled them. This is the second time an Instacart employee has canceled my order, and left me with nothing. I complained to Smiths and they gave me $20, but that does not solve the problem. I now must order groceries from Walmart and they have always delivered on time. I like Smiths and want them to deliver groceries, but they need to get rid of Instacart. It is hurting their business. I paid $59 to have my groceries delivered but this seems to be fraud because Instacart does not follow through.

Good place to pick up last minute items and get points off gasoline. We needed liquid soap to refill small ones, ice cream sandwiches for dessert and a dog toy for 75% off. Sweet!

Something's got to give with this particular Store! Been shopping here since I moved into the Hills. Yes, there are some helpful Employees, can't say that about management. Over the Years it has been hit n miss with Items advertised, but not available for one reason or another. What put the icing on the Cake tho, was an item advertised two weeks in a row, with the Price even lower this week, but still not in stock, and Managers insisting on giving me the run around. Looking for a better Grocery Store.

Every month I’ve had to fight for my medications. I guess when a doctor calls a med in the pharmacy doesn’t fill it until the patient calls and begs for it. I didn’t know that’s how monthly prescriptions work. I’m desperately attempting to switch pharmacy’s but Smith’s won’t let go. I want to be deleted like I never existed there but instead I am trapped, begging for meds to be filled, and getting hung up on. Great! A patient calls and is crying because the med should have been filled Friday and it’ll be hours until you can get to it and your policy is to hang up? Awesome.

Saturday 7/16/2022 Normally, and in most circumstances, this pharmacy has been a great place to shop and get my meds, the staff have been friendly and goes out of their way to help and/or offer advice but today that changed drastically. Having arranged on a prior visit to obtain my 5th COVID booster (allowed for those who like me are immuno-compromised), I was denied. The staff there were not the usual staff and quite frankly rather incompetent. Even though I had already arranged for my booster vaccination and besides the fact that this was noted in my record, the staff didn't know there was such a thing as a 5th shot and then having verified it, denied me access over a week differential. I am rather upset at the blatant level of disrespect that shown to me, I am upset that I am being denied access to something that is for me a serious issue of health after having already arranged, and gotten approval for, this vaccination. I will be returning to this store later on next week to get the vaccine I had already arranged to get but someone needs to know the level of sheer incompetence and disrespect being shown to customers by the weekend staff.

Conveniently located on the Tramway, I swung by to grab some groceries on the way home from a hike. Clean place with lots of options, self checkout line is quick, parking lot is big. Check the weekly ads for sales!

Best place to shop for groceries and the pharmacy staff is very helpful \\u0026 friendly! I'm always greeted when I come in, and there's usually lots of staff around to help me find or reach items. Their costs are reasonable, produce section has fresh fruits with lots of options and their meat is ALWAYS great!

WORTHLESS! I've had previous prescriptions filled here before and now, suddenly, there is no record for me and I have to wait 24 hours for my meds! Miserable!!!!

Management needs to speak to Patrick in the pharmacy about his disrespectful tone with customers
