This. Has been my pharmacy for decades. I even moved across town last year but still keep this as my pharmacy. Andrea is the manager and she’s the most amazing human and pharmacist. As busy as the place gets, she always makes time for you if needed and she helps with a friendly smile. She always asks about my family and when needed, she’ll review my meds list to ensure nothing is counterproductive or unnecessary. Lately I’ve experienced some issues with the pharmacy and multiple prescriptions but after 2+ decades…it’s not a big deal and I always trust that things will get handled correctly.
At one point they didn’t have my medication so I went to Walgreens. For some reason, Walgreens was charging $75 for a prescription that I get for under $5 at this Smiths Pharmacy…even with my insurance Walgreens wanted more. So I went back to Smiths and waited for my medication to come in.
The staff here is professional and helpful.

The pharmacist took the time to print out a ton of information to help me with my daughter's diaper rash. She explained the information so I could make the most informed decision for treatment. She really went above and beyond to help me and I'm extremely grateful for that.

Smiths on Golf Course and PaseoLess than 1 starNeeded delivery today. Order not correct and it was obvious we were home. I asked them NOT TO PUT BY DOOR as there were frozen items in my delivery. They did anyway. Ice cream melted ants all over. Bread not sliced. I'll never order delivery service again. Might not use this store again

Great customer service! They answer the phone. Good peeps + bring your own bags, ask for bag points/gas rewards at checkout, save a LOT on gas.

Went in on a Tuesday, and there were only two lanes open. Lines each had at least 6 people in them, and there was also a line at self checkout. Had too many items to go self, waited in line for almost 20 minutes. When we finally got up there we also had to bag all of our groceries, as there was only one bag person and he was on the other line. Staff up your place or continue to have angry customers.

Buyers Beware!!! Watch your receipts! I continually get scammed at Smiths grocery store. The price listed is different then the price charged. And yes my Fresh Values number was in there. This is not a digital coupon issue. This is sales price not being honored issue. For instance, I bought Jenny O Ground Turkey price $3.99 I got charged $5.99. I bought Oscar Meyer Beef Hot Dogs 2/$8.99 got charged 2/$12.99. I get in my car and look over my receipt and find items not charged correctly & that doesn't count the items I found while checking out that I let them know about in store. My latest item was a Chuck Roast marked $16.41 (see picture of receipt) and I got charged $19.15??? Not sure how that price is so different. In my research I found ("Class action: Kroger allegedly regularly overcharges customers, ringing up sale items at regular price" 8/17/22 Illinois"). I know everyone is struggling and there is a lot of theft going on but to have a class action law suit in one state and this is still happening to hardworking customers! I've limited my shopping at Smiths because of this issue. Ugh !

After one of my regular prescriptions went up 75% with insurance at another pharmacy, I called Smith's and Jennifer was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to find a discount that will allow me to stay on my medication. I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer. Absolute lifesaver!
