I worked here during Covid. We were promised 'hero pay' since we were front line workers. Instead, we never got the extra pay and they cut our hours. I was on the night shift stocking team who at the time was ran by a supervisor named Angelo. He was an ex felon, which I have no problems with, but he would drink on the job and was friends with management. So they didn't want to get rid of him and risk him not being able to find a new job. He was outwardly sexist towards the one teenage girl on the team, often getting quiet when she came near, attempting to foster a culture of 'you're not one of the guys so you can't be part of the group' Peak childish. He'd hide empty cans and empty vodka glasses in the shelves, then go sit in the office and pretend to work on reports while the rest of the small team had to pick up the slack. I reported him to the manager several times and even reported him to ethics. They did an investigation of themselves and found no wrong doing. He started lashing out trying to figure out who was reporting him. Retaliation is a big no no everywhere but this man was on a warpath and no manager would hold him accountable. After nearly the whole night shift team including me quit, they moved him to a different department in the store. I still see his car in the parking lot years later and I will never step foot in there as long as I do.

I was followed into the parking lot by a security guard. I was on the phone with a friend and pulling my cart behind me. The security guard comes up behind me outside the store and grabs my cart. Then a second security guard walks over. The first demands my receipt and when I refuse he pulled the cart from me. I freaked out. These are two security guards who have snatched my groceries from me and are refusing to let me leave with them. I threw my receipt at them (which was literally in my cart visible). They then read every item on my receipt to compare to my groceries. Obviously I paid... so I immediately went inside to return everything. That is not okay and frankly scary to have people follow you out and grab your stuff from you. The manager just kept telling me not to make a scene. Like how am I the one making a scene these people followed me out, took my things from me and tried to detain me. On the bases of nothing. I had paid. My receipt was in my cart on top of my groceries. Other grocery stores do not have this issue. I have never been followed to the parking lot or had my stuff snatched from me. It is not worth being harassed. For your safety, I recommend shopping elsewhere where they do not pay people to harass you.

You are putting your life at risk going to this pharmacy. DO NOT go here. They will not fill your medicine on time, lie about refill requests. They say they sent them to your doctor, but didn’t. You’ll go without medicine for days or weeks. And twice they messed up my medication and gave me the wrong medicine and wrong dose. Today the pharmacist told me that she hopes I die and hung up on me. I called back and they kept hanging up on me.

I came here once before because it seemed like they had their act together. Found out a day before my next 8 hour shift that they don't have my medication and don't know when they will again. It's not something I could have filled sooner, my doctor isn't in today, and I have one left.I consider forcing people to give any stars at all in order to leave a review to be a deceptive practice. 0/10 F-

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. BEWARE. Do not go here. They filled my medicine with the wrong medicine and sent me to the ER AND I NEARLY died. It gave me heart problems. On top of that, they’re rude, lie about sending your refills to your doctor, incompetent etc. smiths/Kroger should shut this pharmacy down. Now.

I've been going here for 5 years and will ask my doctors to change my prescription to somewhere else. Anywhere else. The store is filthy and a health hazard to enter. Pharmacy employees have changed from being friendly and helpful to curt, disrespectful, and outright rude. It used to be that monthly prescriptions were automatically refilled. Now I have to call them in and if anyone actually answers the phone, they are rude and tell me to use the phone app. This store has absolutely NO customer service.

The Pharmacy assistant said the pharmacist was choosing not to fill my prescription, that pharmacist said I should just look for a different pharmacy (which I already had) I said I would like to talk directly to the pharmacy. They put me on hold so long it rang to the Pharmacy again like a new number. First two times they picked it up without saying anything and put it back on hold. The third time a new person picked it up, when I said I'd been on hold for the pharmacist I could hear them in the background say "Oh my god she's still there." When the pharmacist finally got on and I explained the situation she instantly started yelling at me and accused me of just drug seeking because my provider changed recently. That obviously it was suspicious that I had 2 providers request my prescription in the past. I explained that my original provider left the group a couple months ago and now I have a new provider. I still don't have my prescription and I am shaking I'm so upset

The worst by far! rudest pharmacy staff. Not so much pharmacist but the techs. Rude manners on the phone and don't show up 15 minutes before they close. You will be scorned. Trying to call them is a joke!!! And if they do answer they have no clue how to provide quality service. Then put you on hold to hang up on you! I'm so fed up with uneducated people trying to do jobs they have no clue what they are doing. Smiths should get some tips from sister stores like King Stores that have standards on who they hire. Guess I have to go to an actual pharmacy after over 20 years using these grocery store pharmacies . Surprise they are no longer convenient!

Most workers were extremely slow and rude (literally only nice one I saw was named Gaby I believe). First time I walked in was told it would be another 30 mins, no big deal, so I just walked around and killed time for about 35-40 mins and then came back to check. Was told again it would be probably another 30 mins. This time I was a little annoyed, but Gaby was nice about it so I was fine and just went home for a few hours. Next time I came back, waited in line for around 20 minutes. Interaction with the lady that was currently up at the front when I went back started out pretty normal but got progressively more rude as it went on. (I was picking up for someone who had just gotten their wisdom teeth taken out) She asked if said person had insurance (thought that was weird cause it should be on file since we've picked up there for them before). Honestly didn't know it so I said I would come back and she was was like "yeah you do that" in a very snarky tone. So I went home again and came back for the 4th time and was relieved to see Gaby at the front instead of other lady. Customer in front of me was also picking up and I notice they were kind of angry because they were called and told it would be 5 mins for the med pickup and then got in and was told 30. Someone in the back just started yelling at the customer, for what felt like no reason as the customer didn't seem to be aggressive in anyway. I was mortified and honestly now kind of nervous to go up to pick up. Thankfully Gaby was super nice and found the file right away, didn't need any other info other than license (cause it was already in system). Now, I don't usually judge or assume the worst in people, but both rude workers only seemed to be rude or give a hard time to people who weren't white or at least seemed it. Other people who were Hispanic or other seemed to have to wait longer or get asked more unnecessary questions and then have to get yelled at or talked down to in a rude tone.

I will be suing for descrimination, and make sure somebody loses their job for abuse of power and defamation of character due to public humilation . If you want to be publicly humiliated, and obviously discriminated, 10 minutes after walking into the store and having my items RIPPED from my hands. And THEN i was told to leave for almost hitting my eletric cigarette but i was stopped and had my stuff ripped out of my hands before i could even hit it. I Wasnt given any warning. Wearing clothes tighter then a china size Extra small Scubasuit, a tube top with no bra and a purse the size of pack of cigarettes. So i obviously couldnt steal anything even if i wanted too. It's ridiculous because My mom whom just passed away a few months ago, was the Manager at Smiths in Santa Fe; and Toas, New Mexico. For YEARS. I havent stepped foot into this location in 7 years. I walked in on the phone in the middle of a deep converstion. Needed to pick up a few stuff for my girls sleepover that we forgot . And i needed chapstick. Realized I forgot to put back one of the two chapsticks i was deciding between( distracted on the phone still) I then hit my eletric e cigarette out of habit, and i noticed right away and stopped my self . I then had the items I was carrying ripped out of my hands, and asked to leave for smoking. When i didnt even blow out a cloud of smoke because i stopped myself. I wasnt in the store for longer then 10 minutes before being escorted out and humiliated as if id stollen something. My father who is a VERY respected man. happens to be on the APD force since 2007, now APDs Helicopter Mechanic and Pilot. Point is. I made a simple mistake and almost hit my eletric smoking pen ONE time . And stopped myself . And from my backround i didnt and wouldnt steal anything especially from a Smiths company where my mom whose dead now was also very respected . I didnt have a large purse . Cameras can show i was in there for 10 minutes or less. Nice job publicly humiliating me, following me for doing absolutely nothing . i even put my chapstick back in fact . For supposedly " smoking" hitting my vape ONE time . That had to be nothing but discrimination. Couldnt even talk to me like an adult before ripping items out if my hand almost making me cry tbh. So much for having morals from my dad and respect for their company because of my moms time here . I might as well have stollen something and smoked the whole way out . Pu*** a*s security gaurd with ashy skin. I hope it was worth it .
