Good service... I've never had problems here at this store... I don't see any crimes being committed, never harassed, never have to give anything away... The staff are friendly and helpful...

I'm giving this store a bad review . The only reason my mother in law saw produce that were marked down and packaged in a red bag . She asked an associate named Matthew is this product is fresh ? He brushed her to the side just look at the damn phone , she took the risk and bought the produce after she came home she realized that the produce has been spoiled and rotten . If the store manager is not gonna look into this the store can get people sick .... for stuffs like this I'm glad that I stop my mother in law for not using the produce this will be the last we will ever shop again and I'll make sure I will tell anyone else to avoid that store til it gets situated

Worst customer service ever. Cashier couldn't even do her own job. Then the managers and security are screaming at other customers. Cussing causing a big chaos. Wow. I'm glad I don't come to this one that often

I went here today to do some shopping as I was doing my shopping I saw that a white male security officer was sneaking on me while I was doing my shopping I told him that I was going to make a complaint on him and he told me that I couldn't buy the items I had in my basket then I asked if I could talk to a manager he told me no that his manager was not there I asked to talk to a store manager and he said no and that i couldn't shop there no more and that he was going to get my picture to apd there was a stroe manager working and his name was Anthony the cashier that checked me out was not wearing a name tag he was making remarks about me to a customer about my interactions with the security he is a tall very heavy set weight hispanic his name is joey I felt like I was being discriminated against the security guard and racially profiled please be careful if you go into the store please be careful with the cashier person whose name is Joey even though he doesn't wear a name tag

The workers won't anyone into the bathroom when you first walk in. I thought it would be open. I needed the bathroom first but got turned away. What kind of store are you running Smith's

I was shopping ? for a few items that I needed. Also, I gave two friends a ride to Smith's so that they can shop too. All the associates are very nice and helpful.

Very unhelpful clerks and staff. Not a clean store, in fact we found multiple open food containers which the clerks seemed well aware of but were allowing to stay on the shelf. When we couldn't find one product we needed, we were not helpfully offered alternative products; we were told to go to another grocery store by a checkout clerk who was annoyed we even asked. The security guard was by far the most helpful and pleasant person there, even walking us over to the little endcap with one of the things we were shopping for. Everyone else working there acted like they were performing forced labor. We will go out of our way to shop at another location than this one.

Normally it is fine to shop there. Typical grocery store vibes. We went to check out today, one of their courtesy clerks walked by and made sure to say very loudly, "did you know that in some countries they think it is okay to eat dogs?" Shortly after, when the people in front of us were finished checking out, he made it a point to say that he couldn't understand what they were talking about, as they were leaving. They were speaking in Portuguese. If you see a taller courtesy clerk who has dark hair and is slightly thicker, avoid interacting with him. Kroger, if you see this review, I recommend sending in ghost shoppers for the night shifts at this store. That employee was boldly antagonizing customers.

I had an issue with my delivery. We'll for whatever reason the driver canceled my order. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back. In these times living paycheck to paycheck & not having a car I find it ridiculous that now I have to place another $137.00 order & which will now be $277.00 that I don't have. I know I will get the $137.00 back but, it can take up to 7 days. Now I have to figure out how to stretch my money out till then. If uber can reimburse money within minutes then instacart should do the same.

Smith's is by far my favorite grocery store. Prices are generally lower that the other grocery store. And folks are professional & curious.

The older lady with glasses in the self checkout has no patience or manners. The employee should show at least a LITTLE courtesy. I got none thanks a lot.

I shop here all the time close to closing time and it seems like they have a steady flow of people even when it's late. I like that they changed their self checkout to 20 items or less and they inforce it. I know because i was even told to go to a cashier because I was over the limit. The workers are for the most part helpful.

I been going to the same Smiths on Lomas at least 20 yrs. But lately, I have security following me around, ex-cashiers just watching and gossiping. No customer interactions only their careless stares.

While shopping at Smiths with my elderly friend, she was having stomach issues and asked to use the restroom. She was told that someone would unlock the door for her. She waited, and no one ever came. I then asked another employee. The employee called over the intercom for someone to assist her. I then found another employee and was told the restroom was out of order. I then went next door to the family dollar to ask if she could use their restroom. I was told that they don't have one for the public. By this time, she was almost in tears because she had to go so bad that she was going to go in her pants. We left the store to find another place for her to go, then had to go back to the store to finish her shopping. It's no wonder so many people are going to the bathroom outside in public places. Sometimes when you have to go you can't wait. I'm hearing of this happening in so many places that they won't let you use the bathroom. This is unacceptable.

My husband had to pick up a few items and went to Smith’s. He struggles to walk any distance and has had several falls due to chemo and a fractured back. ALL 6 handicapped parking spots were occupied by cars with NO handicapped tags. This is inexcusable. Smith’s needs to do better with having these cars towed.
