The people that work here are so rude especially the lady that stands by the door with the monitor she wears glasses they must be miserable with their jobs can’t crack a smile or say hello to when you say hello to them

Bakery lady was extremely rude when we kindly asked her if they had any bolillos, she looked at my partner and myself with annoyance not to mention rolled her eyes at us and very rudely told us that she was behind with the bakery items. I get that being behind on things can cause someone to be stressed but she did not have to answer us like that.

Service is good. But market fresh everyday? No! If you get apples here they're definitely GMO and they taste like water. Definitely not great for produce. Prices of groceries have doubled, yet they don't seem to be able to afford employees. It's not just this smith's, it is citywide locations.

This store is my favorite. I've been coming here for 40 years but I'm going to leave because it's DONE. They rob you and they put specials and when you check the receipt they charge you the normal amount. Many times, it's happened to me and to many people, they are cheaters and bullies. The same with the meat they put it on SPECIAL and when you open it it is green and stinky it is incredible I withdraw from Smith and others but they have said the same thing

Giving this place 1 star, because everytike I come into this store and I'm a regular customer here. Been coming to this store for years, and this place honestly went down hill especially with the new store manager here name mario. Produce is not well, meat department is disgusting, long lines at self checkouts and 1 or 2 cashiers working. I've seen new workers come and go, some were great and leave due to the managers not respecting their employees. I see a few working really hard, and some are great cashiers. Cynthia, Marisol, Stephanie, Nancy, Sally, and 1 more have been great and I love it when they are working. Some give awful attitudes especially one with makeup and Julie is rude. They need to seriously have this place good and fresh. I shop here and I always see such a mess . Some managers are nice but one person. Gave her a hug and she smelled like she's been drinking and she's a manager name Leah. Please fix this place . It's the closest to me and mario needs to be replaced. Do better smiths especially for your customers and some employees. No wonder your always short staff... store manager is the worst. The restrooms is always disgusting... sometimes no handheld baskets. I want to see this store do better...

If I could give this place a 0 I could, but my reason for rating is because this place sells meat that is expired... I feel bad for customers, I've noticed just 1 cashier at night on a register and 1 on self checkout. The boss that owns the store needs to step down, because I see a lot of red flags. This store manager needs to have at least 2 cashiers at the register. It is really unfair that their are long lines, during the day and night. I've seen bugs in the meat which is disgusting, and I seen couple of roaches. I don't understand why this place is not shut down. I don't think they really care about some employees here... some of the managers during the day or night are rude. Definitely calling corporate and making a complaint. I agree with some of the reviews on here because Steven is very nice and should definitely be the store manager.

I’m incredibly saddened by my experience this morning. I have shopped at this Smith for years and all the employees and managers have always been extremely professional and helpful. This morning while I waited to get some help in the dairy department the employee that works in the dairy department was having a conversation with either another employee or a customer. The conversation was extremely inappropriate and racist. They joked about the VP being a monkey. They said things I don’t feel comfortable repeating. Regardless of your political review this should this conversation was extremely offensive and disgusting to overhear. I went to go talk to a manager The assistant manager was on the phone and not able to have a conversation. I’m truly saddened by this experience this morning.

Ms. Julie, is the most coldest and judgemental greeter I have ever experienced. She made me uncomfortable to shop before work, because I skateboard and asked her where to place my bag and board. She must be used to vagrants because this is how she responded. Like she was talking to dirt and even when I shamed her with mannerisms, she left out of our interactions. The security guard had to say have a good day, and hello to me. After I Purchased items. I'm just saying even if I don't drive a HUMAN CUSTOMER, until I do something to alarm you, I expect you to act as if I am spending my hard earned money here. I made sure I got her name tag, because maybe she will become more respectful and polite to others if she understands that looks can be misleading and we are intelligent and Aware enough to advocate for ourselves and others. Otherwise I loved this store, but a loose leak and sink great ships.

Never going back. Receipt ink so bad could hardly read, but the total was so high I checked the receipt. None of the stuff “on sale” was rung up at the price on the sign. You have to download a digital coupon they explained at customer service. No, a big sign said $4.99 , if it’s only for digital coupons then only advertise digitally. Truly deceptive. The only signs were low on the floor- not like I could read the small print. I was also refused bathroom code because “someone should be over there.” There wasn’t.
