I dont like the layout of this store. They have not had adequate shopping carts here for several years! You have to look in the parking lot and sometimes follow someone out to ask for thier cart.

The worst experience Iāve ever had. Itās interesting how rude people can be and when asking for a supervisor to help I was absolutely bullied by 2 male supervisors. Ashley in customer service was so incredibly rude and so asking for a supervisor I was pretty much told she can refuse helping anyone. Why couldnāt the supervisors assist me instead of bulling me???
After waiting in the customer service line 25 minutes I was told she wouldnāt ring my 5 items up mainly ice cream. It probably looked more I got 5 of 2 items that were on sale and 2 of the other two that were big jugs of juices. I also am in a the electric chair. I actually parked in between that line and self check out for quite some time.They were both soo long it was very busy. Obviously I made the 25 minute bad choice. I called my ride and asked her if she had time to wait I was behind what looked like 10 people, unfortunately she said no problem.As I waited in line I decided to just relax it was only one worker and she was doing a great job but it was moving very slow.
Another girl finally shows up yay!!!!!! This is Ashley. Ashley is here!!!!! Yay!!! Iām super smiling behind an overheated menopausal face. I said I needed a money order and before I could finish putting a box of the popsicles 1 with 4 in the cart. I give her my last name and my phone number. With a huge smile she tells me she wonāt be ringing these up. I begin explaining and she cuts me off with that big smile and says No. I pretty much beg now explaining my ice cream. And how Iāve been waiting with the only one girl.She now tells me, again with that huge smile that for not listening to her she is now refusing to help me. WTH?! . Ok can you get your supervisor? With a smile she obliges. Nowā¦ā¦ā¦.. wait for it. I couldnāt make this up. .Her come the bullies. Especially the older long hair supervisor. The younger buzz cut one reiterated smileys words ā she can refuse anyone she wantsā wow really? Iām begging for my money order now. really? She rolls her eyes and reluctantly allows me to ring my card. Yay, I guess. Somethingās weirds going on, itās froze or something. I enter my pin and nothing happens after I hit enter now sheās saying Iām cancelling out my card. Why would I do that?????? Iāve only been coming for 4 years every month I know how to do this. She keeps raising her voice do I need help.do I need help? Louder and louder .No mam .so one more time it cancels out I ask the bullyās to help I mean this has never happened .im definitely not cancelling my card out.So now the old longer hair associate starts saying I refused her help and that I was the problem!!! old hippie telling me I was the problem You mean as she Was REPEATING LOUDLY ā do you need help mam do you need help mam?!!!ā Like Iām illiterate and unable to figure out something Iāve been doing here every month for a little over four years. I hit enter and She loudly says I cancelled it out. We do it again. āShe keeps cancelling it out she says to the supervisors.
Now Iām in tears dropping everything my cards, my purse, You choose to work with āusā the public, your community.
MAY YOU DROWN IN THE TREATMENT YOU SHOWED ME. GODS GOT this Long hair hippy and buzz smoley.Would u bullyās like someone to treat your mothers the way you treated me?
Unbelievableā¦ā¦ā¦ this isnāt the end of this. Was it soooo hard just to help me? Well because of the disgusting experience Iām going to make sure this incident will NOT GO UNHEARD OR BE FORGOTTEN. Promise that!!!! Disabled with lots and lots of time to get noticed and BE HEARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yāall did me sooooooo wrong. Another issue!!! we canāt take electric chairs out. All 2 of them. Ok. Many places will walk you out and bring chair in after you. Not here. Youād think the associates would help assist by transferring the groceries into a cart. Never!!!!!!! Those 2 ā supervisors ā have NEVER OFFERED ANY KIND OF HELP EvER!!!! Seems like a no brainer to help.

Terrible service at this location. About 9 out of 10 times there are no carts available and the employees don't help you when you point it out. Today is the third time I have walked in and right back out and left because of the cart issue. I don't think I'll bother to even try shopping at this location anymore.
