On the fence. They have $6000 worth of cheese on display, but never have any available to sell. Last time asked, it would take an hour….They have improved their cleanliness a lot over the last 2 years.Frequently out of fresh and dried spices.Most of the employees are very nice!!

I’ve been shopping at this location for about 15 years now. It’s the closest store to my house. Never fails how disrespectful the employees are to me. They constantly racially profile me in suspicions that have something to steal. This really puts me in a bad mood and I wish there was a closer location. Anyone of any type of color just take note that you will have to deal with the blatant and disgusting disrespect.

Great price with quality to match Kroger brand products are great. especially when your looking for gluten-free products that don't break the bank. One of my favorite smith's to go to can't go wrong with their deli as well. Quality comes in mind when buying meat and cheese and smith's holds up to there standards of always having the freshest products. I personally also enjoy their floral when you walk in this smith's always has the most beautiful arrangements of flowers and plants I always spend a little time enjoying them.

Smiths on Golf Course and PaseoLess than 1 starNeeded delivery today. Order not correct and it was obvious we were home. I asked them NOT TO PUT BY DOOR as there were frozen items in my delivery. They did anyway. Ice cream melted ants all over. Bread not sliced. I'll never order delivery service again. Might not use this store again

Great customer service! They answer the phone. Good peeps + bring your own bags, ask for bag points/gas rewards at checkout, save a LOT on gas.

I don't usually shop here because of bad experiences with groceries. However, I needed a cake and quickly. So, to be fair I did place the order needing the cake the very next day. But I made sure to select a cake that is pre designed with a few words added on so that it wouldn't be difficult. When I placed the order there was, to my surprise, an option to have the cake ready the very next day later in the evening, which was perfect! I then sent a friend to go pick up the cake and they didn't have it anywhere and keep saying that it wasn't this location. I specifically have the confirmation receipt confirming store date and time my cake would be ready. Their only solution was to come back the next day to see if it was there, it would be too late by then, but because of how late it was the bakery was closed and could not talk to the bakery directly. I think if these times are offered then the orders should be completed on time. Don't offer the time slots and not have the order at all. Thankfully, I did not pay for the cake. Just frustrated I didn't get something I ordered and had confirmed.

Let's talk about this Smith's and how apparently if you are a employee there management is perfectly OK with workplace bullying. I have seen one worker especially do nothing but treat customers and her fellow employees like pure garbage. I will no longer be shopping there .

It’s 7:30pm and the place is dirty. Empty boxes everywhere. Produce things laying on the floor. Employees walking around looking traumatized. Weird, not a good vibe. I’v seen this before in this grocery store.

Way to turn it around, Smiths! I filled a new prescription yesterday. I called at 11 to make sure they got it, called back at 2 to see when it would be ready. She said, come pick it up at 3. I show up at 3:30. She said, "oh, I lost track of it, sorry" and only then did she find out THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. That's why I called not once, but twice, and took off work. However, the pharmacist leapt in, apologized, called the Smiths at McMahon and they had the scrip ready by the time I drove up there. Good save.

This smiths is awesome - the sales associates are wonderful and the store is always clean and stocked. Check out the discounted flowers for amazing deals!The pharmacy is what really made me want to write a review. Chad the pharmacist is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He’s worked hard to get my prescriptions on time despite there being a shortage and only a few covered by my insurance. Oftentimes I don’t have to wait long on the phone for assistance and the lines usually aren’t too bad! Shoutout to chad and all the wonderful pharmacy technicians at this location

I shop at Smiths almost every other day but late I’ve noticed two of the cashiers have been a bit rude. They don’t greet you and they act like your not appreciated, just saying. The worse thing is having to enter on the second entrance due to the Starbucks line causing near accidents.

One (or maybe less) stars for purchasing gift cards. Do not buy gift cards at Smiths at 8301 Golf Course Rd NW. This is the 3rd Visa gift card that somehow I purchase and by the time I go to register it, it has been used already!!?! Smiths Customer Service was not helpful (or very pleasant), even with my purchase receipt AND the Activation Status Report receipt, and gave me the Kroger phone number. The Kroger folks (who could barely speak or understand English) gave me the Gift Card phone number. The Gift Card folks could barely understand or speak English. Now I have to FAX detailed info about myself and the card to even open an investigation!!

I called the deli for a big party platter chicken order recently with less than 24 hour notice. It was for my stepdads memorial and I had been so stressed and forgot to order 24 hours in advance. I called and begged to get the order even though it was less than 24 hours in advance. To whoever took my order that day, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing the order for me! I was holding back tears on the phone and sobbed the minute I finished the order by how kind you were and that you helped me in that moment. Thank you for going above and beyond when you didn’t have to. It meant more than you know!!
