DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE BRA RETURN POLICY. It is Soma's return policy that if you purchase a bra, you can return it within 60 days washed and worn with or without the receipt and tags as long as you purchased with your account information attached. They lied and tried to say that it was NOT the policy, so I called customer service and they confirmed that it was the policy. I mailed in my bras and got a full refund. Do not let them take advantage of you, and force you to be stuck with bras that dont work. It is the CORPORATE POLICY. Their store manager is defecting from this policy, and do not let them trick you. I worked for the company and know the rules.

Customer service was amazing! Annette helped me find what I need, she was very professional and helpful. Even when I returned the next day with a return, she helped me find items that I loved instead.

I recommend you NOT shop at this store. The staff, especially the owner/manager assumes you are a criminal or shoplifter and will not hesitate to call you a criminal to your face. She is extremely rude and passive aggressive and puts a fake and insincere smile on her face while she’s doing it. BEWARE is my advice and review. There are many places to buy undies including online so do that. Shop where your money will go to keeping a clerk or cashier employed. This place is ridiculously overpriced and they never have my size in anything.

I've been a customer of Soma for a long time. I went into Soma on May 25, 2023 and purchased two Enbliss bra's. I asked the sales lady if they were on sale and she said no. I told her that they would probably be on sale the next week because of the holiday. She replied in a very rude tone "if they were going to be on sale I would tell you". I needed them so I purchased them anyway at the full price. Sure enough, the very next week they went on sale. I understand that they were not on sale at the time I purchased and was willing to pay the full price, but the way I was treated really bothered me. She didn't have to be so rude.So I took one of them back because I had already worn one. When I went in there it was the same sales lady again. I asked her if she remembered me and she just glared. I told her I wanted to return the one bra she again was very rude and wouldn't even look at me in the eye. I told her I understood the bra's were on sale. In a rude tone she said they would be willing to honor the sale price. I told her I preferred to have my money back. If she had been nicer, I would have purchased more there and then.I immediately went home and ordered more on line. It was easy to do and I didn't have to talk to anyone. I even received a birthday discount!Also, I had just come from a doctor's appointment and my doctor admired my bra. She wanted to get one for her and her daughter. I sure hope she is not treated that way when she shops there. I'll recommend buying on line.It is really difficult to support the brick and mortar businesses when they provide terrible service and can't even be civil to customers.

I went in for a fitting and bought 3 full-priced bras based on what the associate fit me to -- once I got them on for regular wear it was clear that they did not fit. Soma has a guarantee that is plainly printed on their receipts that returns & refunds of full-priced bras are welcome even after washing and wearing. In the meantime I went to Dillard's for a much better, much more comprehensive and accurate fitting. Today I returned the 3 bras to Soma and was met with a very pouty and unkind manager who tried to tell me that I could only exchange my purchase then assigned me to the associate who was working for a new fitting. I informed her that I had already been refitted elsewhere and intended only to return my merchandise for a refund per their company guarantee. She barely spoke to me after that, processed my refund, and started talking about me to her associate before I had even left the store. I'll never shop at this store again and will be sure to tell other women that their time and money is better spent getting a real fitting at Dillard's.Followed up to call the number provided in the response from Soma, but the wait time on hold was too long. Maybe they can resolve this matter via email.

Very nice Soma, and similar to ours in Tampa area. Ladies working in the store were friendly and helpful. I came in due to texts about their ongoing sale for bras & panties. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't find anything I wanted or needed.

I was doing a return on bras I purchased because I have a difficult time finding the right size so I always have to try them out for a little bit which is why I love(d) Soma. I came in within the return period stated on the receipt to do a return. The woman helping me said that they don’t do returns on products that have been worn or no longer have tags on them and was quite rude about it she said she would do it this one time acting like she was doing me a favor. I have returned and exchanged at this location before and mentioned that. I thought that maybe the policy had changed, but nope on my receipt for my return it still says “Risk free bra guarantee. Wash it. Wear it. Love it. Or return within 60 days for a full refund.” I was very upset at this interaction and it has turned me off of wanting to return to Soma in the future.

Good range of sizes. I've had some of these bras last years, but you can usually get about a year of use before they come apart. Really supportive-- but could use sports options too.

Ridiculous!!! Horrible customer service. Today was my first time going to this store the displays caught my attention went in I was not greeted by anyone just looked at walked around and seen everyone else be welcomed and assisted and during my 20 minutes admiring the sleepwear and intimates wasn’t spoken to. I was given a nasty uncomfortable feeling that no one should ever experience. Loved so many pieces unfortunately will not return ever!! :)
