I went down to Sonic for a late night treat, and I ended up waiting in line for almost half and hour. When I received my shake it was barely blended. Near the bottom where the straw was it was pretty much just syrup and by the top it was just straight up ice cream. After waiting so long my disappointment my immeasurable.

Waited 35 minutes in line for one shake, and a hotdog got handed a melted shake, covered up by napkins. As soon as I drove off, I noticed the shake was leaking outside of the cup. I parked and walked up to the walk up area was told by an employee that she did not have time for it and she doesn’t work drive-through so it’s not her problem. It was told to leave her alone Proceeded to stand outside for 10 minutes and nobody helped decided to leave and take a loss.

The Service was slow and it seems like the staff needs more training. I have ordered the dirty dr.pepper drink 3x times and have only had it right 1x. It feels like a waste of opportunity with this tasty drink, if the staff does not have a general recipe to follow. I also delt with immature customer service as well during the visit's. I see a lot of opportunity for improvement, and I decided to stop visiting this location. Hoping for a positive change and may return again one day.

Not consistent at all, ordered a large vanilla iced coffee not sweet at all. called back in to have it remade didn’t even try to help me said it all comes from the same that then I asked for a dirty Dr Pepper. They don’t make those anymore, even though all the other sonics will make it for you because they have all the ingredients for it don’t go to waste of time.

Accidentally placed an online order at this location with the app. Called this location like I was instructed to by the app to receive help with the order. Wanted to cancel since I placed my order at the correct location. Was told they can’t cancel the order. Why can’t you? You can take my money but not give it back??? No, sorry… what they should have said instead of “they can’t” is instead to call customer service… ridiculous!

Went to sonic for an afternoon snack, ordered 2 chicken slingers one with cheese and one without. Had to ask them to replace my sandwich because it came with cheese despite my request. I can’t believe they thought it was okay to bring/serve what they brought the second time. The picture on the left is the replacement slinger and the one on the right is what it’s supposed to look like. Way to drop the ball sonic. Seems to me the cook was frustrated and made sure I knew it. My first sandwich was just as pictured and wow…

It's next to Goodwill. More driving through than parking at the stall. Waiting time at the stall is not bad. If you order over the app ahead of going to the restaurant, make sure to only click the red arrow at the lower right corner in the Sonic app after you park at the stall. There's a bug about the app. If you click it early, it will tell you that you are not at the location. And when you get to the location, you won't find the check-in button on the app. If you can't check in, just go to the door and ask for your order.
