So I was ordering and another employee cut off the guy taking my order to say they don’t have minis and then let him finish. That was not okay. Disrespectful towards her coworker. Name is Anna I believe. She did not seem happy to be there. I left a tip and was hoping it would go to him not her. Waited for my order. Ordered a Oreo cookie blast and it was double cupped so I removed the second cup and there is a huge hole in the cup. Why not just replace the cup. Also ordered a cherry limeade and just received a cherry sprite, no limes no cherry.

Worse sonic in town, slushes taste like dirty water and the ice cream is all melted always, drive thru is super slow.

Terrible service. I waited over 20 minutes for a scheduked pickup order. When I pushed the button nobody answered after 4 minutes. The second time I pushed I told the girl I had an Uber Eats order and asked if I could use the restroom. I heard nothing back. I went to find a staff member about the restroom. I was told they have no restrooms available for customers. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the phone number. The lady( who I'm assuming is the manager because she was dressed in a different uniform) said sorry about them I'm sending him out now. 8 minutes later they finally brought the food out. This is my neighborhood Sonic and I was reminded today why I stopped going here several years ago.

Sat in drive thru close to 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead and no cars in carports. Orders 2 special sandwich. A pork burger and a port sandwich. Received 2 port sandwiches, but charges for burger. They also made sandwiches with to bottom buns. Was odd not have a bun top!

The workers there get mad when you ask questions and ignore you at the drive thru. I had to leave because no one would answer ....very unprofessional.

This is the worst sonic Ive been too. 40 mins in a drive through is ridiculous!! I don’t like being that person that complains but damm this is crazy!! Then we got our food and it was cold. I asked what was the reason for them taking so long and the boy working there said “ Idk” with an ugly attitude. All the people working in this location can NOT run a business as it should. Super disappointed

Ordered online, went through the drive through for 1 unsweetened tea and 2 small shakes. They got my unsweetened tea wrong as they added lemon syrup and not real fruit lemon like it said on the receipt. I also added 5 sweet n lows with the order. When I asked the employee for some he looked confused, shut the window, then asked a female employee for help. He then came back to the window to tell me they discontinued them. When I asked what do they have to sweeten the tea he went back to the same female to ask. She immediately came to the window, told me they don't care any sweetners, they discontinued everything. When I asked her well what do you have to sweeten the tea she said i can go to the back and bring you a big bag of sugar (of course her tone was in a sarcastic manner) I asked her if all locations discontinued them she said yes, I said I was at the sonic a few blocks from here earlier and they gave me some. She shrugged her shoulders and said I dunno what to tell you. I asked for a manager she rudely replied with I AM THE MANAGER (name is Kim) after this encounter I did call other locations to ask if they discontinued sweet n low and every response I got was no, we need an option for sugar free customers. I think this location needs new management or someone that wants to work and not collect a paycheck.

I placed an order in the app and went to pick it up. I parked in a stall and put my number in the app and waited about 15 minutes before it said my order was completed. Waited another 5 minutes before I pushed the button and tried to talk to someone in the store. No one answered, and the light on the button kept shutting off. I tried the drive thru but that was so backed up I couldn't get anywhere near the speaker and I watched as car after car drove off without ordering. After 45 minutes of waiting I couldn't wait anymore. I tried to call the store and leave a message but my message was interrupted by someone making crying noises, which was real professional. Luckily I was able to get a hold of corporate and get a refund for my order.

Order on the app and got there at the time it said my order would be ready. Came straight home which is a 5min drive if that and my fries were cold hard and clearly old and the chile was cold and gross as well. I hadn’t been to sonic in sometime because of the disappointment in the food and service. I’m a manager at a restaurant and know this is unacceptable to serve your customers disgusting food like what I got today. If you won’t eat it then why would your serve your costume food like this. This sonic needs better management and employees.
