I’m writing to share ongoing concerns about customer service regarding an employee named ETHEL at this Speedway location. Most of the staff are professional, kind, and welcoming — specifically Eddie and another employee with purple hair, who are consistently helpful and courteous. Their behavior reflects very positively on the store. Unfortunately, there is one employee, ETHEL, whose behavior has repeatedly been unprofessional and discouraging. She is often rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming, particularly toward younger female customers. Her demeanor makes customers feel uncomfortable and reluctant to return to the store. My mother, who is a frequent customer, has expressed feeling uneasy coming into this location because of repeated negative interactions with this employee. After experiencing it myself, I completely understand her concerns. ETHEL does not appear interested in assisting customers or even maintaining basic courtesy, which negatively impacts the overall customer experience. I believe this situation warrants management attention. Additional training in customer service and professionalism would be appropriate, as her conduct does not align with the standards expected at Speedway. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it affects loyal customers who want to continue supporting this location.

Rude unprofessional and they walked in on me when I was locked in the bathroom with no knock
Then they wouldn't give me any names of who did it said it wasn't an store employee and the other employees were disrespectful and rude to me for no reason

Don't bother
Half the pumps are unlocked and don't work
The help button is just for pretty
The thing you need to do is have properly trained staff. Don't just hire bodies to do a schedule. There's plenty for them to do than to all huddle at the register.

I very ask if I could fill up my own container with some ice and they want to charge $0.50! I can understand charging me if I needed the cup but I had my own cup! That's just ridiculous that's the first time I've ever been charged for ice when I've had my own container at this location. I went next door to Blake's and they were more than willing to let me get some ice in my container that I brought. So don't shop here unless you absolutely have to I'd go to the speedway down the road or anywhere else but this location. They were very rude I even told him to have a nice day afterwards and they just gave me dirty looks and I have the decency or the respect to tell the customer have a good day. Despicable and deplorable customer service here. I know my container was big but it's hot out here and I just wanted ice. Not soda not ice and water just ice.

I've been coming here to this great store about 5 years about 3 to 4 times a week and buy one to two large cups of coffee. Staff has always been amazing but this new gulentlemen that I've only seen for a few weeks didn't let me take more than 5 creamers for my 2 large coffees. Said, his boss would really be upset with him... I've worked at another company's gas station and manager at McDonald's and never thought this can be an issue. I'm glad I'm patient, but maybe speedway should consider putting a sign so there isn't a future issue with another customer.

Legit was walking in the store and seen a bald male employee smoking a bubble. After entering the store and getting what I need the employee had come in and was waiting to check me out. I read his name tag as Juan, and this guy was whacked like I’ve never seen. He had no control of his actions.

If I could give the manager a negative review I would. I thought maybe he’s just new but at this point you wonder who’s hiring. From my first visit after moving to this side of town and him verbally abusing his employees in front of me and others to him physically rolling his eyes at you… I’m making this on 7/11 which is supposed to be a big day for your company but with this man as a manger I don’t think I’ll be coming back. He looked very annoyed at anyone purchasing a slurpee and refused to listen and had his headphones in the entire time. Super unprofessional coming from a “manager” He’s the most unpleasant person to deal with and is very rude to his staff in front of people.

Wow! Please, new “manager” needs training. I had posted over a week ago and removed in hopes this new “manager” would change her rude attitude and she hasn’t! I have a photo of her at register answering her own phone while still helping me. She didn’t say Thank You or here’s your change. I had to ask for my change and it was only .04cents but had to ask for it. Also, would be nice to hear thank you or come back. Hope someone can reach out in Corp.

This place is fast and easy to get to!! It's always friendly. The gasoline is really really good. Especially going back and forth long distances. I always recommend this place!!

Never open as late as they say they are. I'm used to places closing at 11 when they say they close at 12 but I got there at 10:20 and they were already locked up.
