First time being here. I asked the lady about there hours and told them they closed at 4 online it says. N she seemed she didn't care. But I asked her what the real hours are n she she said Tuesday thru Saturday 930 to 5. N she was sort of bothered. N said there wasn't a way to change the hours. N i showed her a way to change them. She said thank u. But I really think she didn't care. Honestly the prices are um okay I guess. Not much here. Terrible location n directions given by Google maps for some reason. I only came here to take my uncle since on Tuesdays it is senors days 60% off. Oh j no public restrooms. They need help I think n more professionalism n better staff. They need new management in order to be more successful n have more up eat people. They r taking volunteers. I was thinking of doing that. But then didn't want to be around the staff. The lady was weird n didn't seem like she trusted anyone. Or something. Won't come back ever unless my uncle asks. Hope this helps n is understandable. I would tell u to go to another thrift store... One that is worth it.

Went to purchase a suit that was priced at $50. I simply asked the older white lady with short hair if they would take less as the suit has a hole in it and they have had it for four months. She started getting loud and said i just asked for a discount last week on a different suit and she grabbed it from me and said she is putting it back. She tried to embarrass me in front of everyone. She grabbed it from me like I was trying to steal it. The suit has a hole in it and I am a tailor and could have fixed no one has paid $50 for that suit and no one will. You have three from the same collection and have had all three for four months and no one has purchased them. I have never been treated like this at a thrift store and have spent over $3000 at this thrift store in the past 6 months and have the receipts to prove it. I would never set foot back in there and will never donate a thing to them again. Interesting way for a catholic non profit to treat people I went down the road to animal humane thrift store and purchased almost the exact same suit for $15 for now on I will just go to animal humane and be treated like a human instead of a thief

I was going to visit, but it's obvious that this location is terrible. Awful employees. Where is upper management? No one even responds to these reviews, and what a horrible impression this makes. I spend a lot at thrift stores and it's rare I review a place negatively, but the reviews I've read assure that I will never spend a penny here. Get it together. Drop the rotten employees.

Heard what I think was a manager complaining about Albuquerque and it's people being 'sketchy', saying something to the effect that she is from Michigan and Albuquerque is far worse. Very unprofessional for an employee to loudly complain, for all to hear, and show such disdain to the very community you get paid to serve. Also witnessed her and a cashier (not the older thin lady with glasses) be rude and condescending to a customer who asked about what items were on sale. In fairness to the customer, the whiteboard sales sign was grammatically incorrect and I think she was just asking for clarification. I don't think they respect their customers nor the state which they choose to live in. No excuse hiring people like this when there is more qualified people out there who would love having their job.

Not many items to find here that I was looking for. Prob came on an off day. Not very well organized. It is located in sketchy area so keep your head on a swivel if you know what I mean. Resale places are those places you have to go to more than once, so it is worth a stop. You never know what you may find.4 star rating for store organization and cleanliness.

Theses people claim to help people with a food box. But the lady in my area never calls when she says she will she always mean and never nice. And they make wait a good long while for not great food. Don't recommend.

Extremely over priced items for them being donated. Saw a comforter set for $45 that had to have been from the 90’s. I was honestly floored with their pricing on things. You could buy brand new for just a few dollars more. I understand we’ve been suffering from inflation but I cannot believe how much “thrift stores” price their items now days. It’s shameful. Especially when the items are being donated. The worst part was dealing with the 2 ladies working. One lady was a heavy set woman and the other was an older lady with gray hair. I witnessed them both being extremely rude to customers. It was about an hour until closing and you could tell neither of them wanted to be there. Very terrible customer service skills. With that being said, I will never step foot in that place again.

I have to agree with the post right below mine. Was in the store last week and witnessed the heavy set store clerk show total disrespect to a customer. The clerk shouted, belittled her and was outrageously condensending. When the customer told her she was being rude she shouted back telling her I can be ruder and I can also see to it that you are never allowed back in this store. I could go on... This is so shameful to/from anyone and what an example coming from a Catholic ministry. The other clerk attempted to intervene though after the customer left it was clear she was in agreement with the clerk as they laughed at the incident. They also show kindness toward 1 particular ethnic group above others. After I paid $40, didn't even get a thank you! I tried reaching Admin to report but they never return calls ad I've left messages in the past. I've shopped here for years but these 2 clerks are hard to stomach. Shame on Admin for allowing this to continue. Do something!! It reflects poorly on my Catholic Church.

Wonderful Experience at St.Vincent de Paul society, I recently visited this place and I must say that I was truly impressed with the fantastic shopping experience I had. As an institutional entity, I have high standards when it comes to retail establishments, and thrift shop exceeded my expectations! the exceptional customer service provided by the ladies at the front desk. They greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Their attentive and helpful nature made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Thank you to the entire team at St Vincent De Paul for providing such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning soon and discovering more fantastic finds!

Horrible experience! My first time there I went in and they basically said they are going to close in 5 min, they said it in a rude tone as if they just wanted me out of the store right away. Very poor customer service at this place. The ladies just stare at you and don’t welcome you in! Do not recommend! This is the worst thrift store I’ve been to so far.
