everything was great the only reason I gave it a low rating is because every time I come in at night they take forever, theres literally one person or two working. But somehow in the morning theres always 4+. So im not sure if they’re understaffed or what but they need help at night.

I never have complaints. But this morning was really disappointing.I come to this Starbucks often because I'm near. The lobby cashier this morning who was also the one to warmed up breakfast/bakery items... she really needs to learn how to serve customers in chronological order. I didn't catch her name.I had mobile order drink and food. Drink was fast and I sat in the lobby waited for food like 10-15 extra minutes. I watch and observe. The walk in customers that came after I did got their food first. In and out quick. I had mobile order 10 minutes in advance. I came in.. my croissant wasn't ready really? How long does it take it warm up a croissant?!? How does she do customers service? Favorite customers comes first? Not first comes first serve?

The lady at the drive thru said "what do you want?" I didn't think she was talking to me so I asked her as such. She answered with "what do you want?" I said "nope" rolled my window up and went to the Starbucks on Juan tabo. I told them and they gave me my coffee for free. I'll never go back there again.

Staff is friendly and nice. Drinks prepared well and tasty. No food this tripDietary restrictions: Baked items are loaded with sodium. Salt mines for cardio people.

The sweet girl, her name was lexie, my mom and i accidentally forgot to get a wrap that we paid for because we were distracted from giving my puppy his first pup-cup and realized after we left that we forgot it, so i called and asked if we could come by and pick it up in an hour or so, we got there an hour later and we went through the drive thru and got my wrap and she also gave a free cake pop and still offered a refund! she was so so sweet!

Not a bad place overall but not top of the list for Starbucks to go to in town. I ordered a small chai tea with soy milk instead of 2% milk and waited 15 minutes for it just so I can have it remade with the soy milk I requested so I now waiting for that drink to be made which was somewhat fast but still they were rude after I requested a new drink as if it was my fault for the wrong drink being made

I recently visited the Starbucks at Eubank and Central, a location I generally hold in high regard. However, my latest experience today was deeply troubling. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an overpowering and unpleasant odor of feces and urine. This not only disrupted my ability to place an order but also raised significant concerns about the overall cleanliness and health standards of the establishment. It's particularly worrying to consider the working conditions for the staff in such an environment. While the employee at the register acknowledged the issue, it appears there was a lack of immediate action to rectify the situation. For the well-being of both patrons and employees, it would have been prudent to temporarily close the store for thorough cleaning and sanitation. This experience was far below the standards expected of Starbucks, and I hope immediate steps are taken to address these health and safety concerns for the benefit of all who visit and work at this location.
