The crew working the night of 03/27/24 around after 9pm was awesome! They were upbeat and delivered the best customer experience I've ever had with subway! Food was great as well I will definitely be returning more often keep up the GREAT work!

Got my order completely wrong. Sandwich I got was so disgusting covered in mayo! I keep calling the store and they refuse to answer! I’m sick of these establishments doing the bare minimum. I ordered delivery and now I have to go over to the store to get another sandwich or a refund!

Well all I can say is I ordered from Uber eats and you got my order wrong next time I'll walk in instead of paying almost $50 for one sandwich you got to be kidding me ? rip off I will be talking to my bank and get my money back. How tf u charging me in St Louis we are in Albuquerque never have I been out of town.

My roast beef footlong only had a single layer of meat. Not even folded, just a single flat layer of roast beef on one side. I've read that employees sometimes do this so that they can make their shift meals larger under the manager's nose.

Ordered with the app so I could pick it up on my break, but it wasn't ready yet. I waited until they finished taking orders from walk-in customers and they asked which order I was waiting for, and they hadn't even started making my order because they "thought they already made it". I waited another 10 minutes, wasting my entire 30 minute break and didn't get my order until 5:40 even though the app said it would be ready by 5:10. The staff didn't offer any kind of compensation for wasting my time, so I regret tipping through the app. At least the food was good. Don't go here if you're limited on time.Parking: Not very many spots to park, but there weren't very many people there either.

I love this one, my wife takes me here. Twice a week, we get the same thing. Italian subs, the guy there is the manager. Great man, always make sure we're took in care of and blessed didn't get his name, but he works seconds. He needs a raise, thank you, manager guy.
