Yep of course I was at the wrong place, I needed a "Metro" by T-mobile, see my understanding was that they're same company but boy was I wrong, they dont use the same interface for customer service operations so they couldn't help me do what I needed to do which is ironic being it is of the same company. Metro "not" by T-mobile should be part of the name.

Always a great store to go to for my phone needs. I recently got an Apple watch Series 9 and really like it. As always the service has been great.

I wish I could give this location negative stars. Customer service does not exist in this location. I will never step foot here again. I have been in twice to get a new phone and have yet to get a new phone. This store alone is making me consider switching providers. You can tell upon arrival that the employees don't care whether you are there or not. I hope someone goes into this location and sets up a whole new staff that cares about their job and the customers experience.

Horrible customer service! I walked into the store, there was 3 clerks at each station no one said hi welcome in! I waited about 5 long minutes till someone from the back came out to assist me, but this man with dreads was the exact same rude as hell. Talked to me like I was bugging him for coming into this store! That person was also rude didn’t say hi or how can I help….! Also the last time I came in about a week ago this really over weight clerk was crazy rude also this store has the worst customer service that I’ve ever been in! Will never come back to this location!

This was the worst experience with customer’s service I have ever had with T-mobile! Let first say this store when we walked in. My niece needed to purchase a new phone. The T-Mobile girl was sitting behind the counter, and we could already feel her icky apathetic vibe right away! She proceeded to be unprofessional and not helpful in explaining the difference in the phones and actually made us feel very uncomfortable. We asked for a different sales person who wasn’t much better! The manager eventually came out from the back, he offered no real help either, so we left and went to the T-Mobile on San Mateo and Menaul! Wow! Night and day difference! My niece found a great phone at a great price, the other store didn’t even offer the phone she ended up buying! I will never step foot in the Academy and San Mateo store again! Do yourself a favor, don’t go to this store! The San Mateo/Menaul store rocks!

Walked in looked around while all reps were busy. One became available asked if he could help me. I said i was looking for a new phone and had some questions. He said ok, go ahead and take a look around and walked off. I gad already looked around. Yall missed out on a guaranteed sale. Now ill just get something off line. Hope youre not on commission.

I visited the store on academy and San Meteo.I took a call while waiting patiently for help.All the employees were busy with other customers.Well, as I was killing time talking on my phone, another customer came in after me .I was surprised to see the next available customer service rep ask the guy who came in after me if she could help him.I stood up and told her that I was next because I was there first.( they acknowledged me when I had arrived)I was told that I had lost my turn because I was on my phone.I'm okay with rules, I just wish they had their rules posted so I could know that they have rules !!Oh well, live and learn.

We had a huge family plan with Verizon for a long time, and they kept in reading our bill for "loyal customers" so we switched. Got great service here. Better plan, for $100 cheaper

Why dose t mobile say unlimited data but you reach 50 gb it sends a message telling you, you will get slower service 50 gb is not unlimited,call who? What number

Donzell was extremely short and generally not helpful in any way. I would have received far better service from a self-checkout counter. From the beginning he would not answer my questions directly but with condescending responses that were not taking anything I had said into account while presuming I had no idea what I was talking about. He seemed to enjoy being condescending, as if it made him feel good. After having none of my questions answered leading up to a $1,200 purchase he then tried to slam dunk and rush me into the closing the sale. When I repeated a question that was rather important to me a second time he completely ignored it and proceeded to repeatedly say "That will be $1,330.70. Do you want the phone or not?" It was like talking to a wall only at least a wall let's you finish your sentence. Not sure what I did to warrant such behavior but regardless of the circumstances this wouldn't be the type of conduct I would allow if I was running this store. Save yourself some time and energy and go to a better T-mobile store elsewhere.

I went in because my phone was broken. They were not able to fix the problem because it was a Samsung problem. Kim offered excellent customer service and helped me get a replacement phone and set up an appointment with Samsung to get it fixed.

Kim was fabulous!! She spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of time making sure we understood what we were purchasing and our options to do so, helping us get the best deal. The bill is now almost half of what it previously was thanks to Kim and her diligent work!! 10/10 recommend!! She was also training a new employee (I believe his name was Gerald) who was very kind and was doing amazing. Even though she was training him, she still worked quickly and efficiently to help get us what we needed. Thank you Kim and Gerald!!
