This location is not worth spending your valuable time in. Unless you need to pay a bill or buy a phone case, the staff will likely be unable to help you. The first time I went to this location months ago, they couldn't answer any technical questions regarding their own network, sim cards, devices, or really anything beyond "do you want to switch your plan?"During the last visit to this location, I came in looking to get a screen protector replacement using my phone insurance (which i knew they would need to order). After having me wait for ten minutes, because a webpage wouldn't load, the staff told me to just go home and do it myself on the app. No calling other stores or seeking additional resources, just "you do it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯".Do yourself a favor and go to any other more reputable Tmobile location in town.

These guys are quick to get you signed up which I get but Bucky, the so called manager, said that t mobile would take care of the remaining balance on my phone but did not explain the process to getting the bill paid. When I called to get an explanation, he was rude, did nothing to try to resolve the situation, and hung up on me. Be cautious of this guy Bucky who refuses to take responsibility and own up to being wrong.

Walked in at 11am, not a hello or be right with you. Waited about 20 mins and walked out. Came back at 4p, same thing. What happened to customer service? Want to say so much more, but disgusted by this experience. Been a customer over 20 years and now Im thinking of switching. Wow.

I walked in and explained that I needed a screen protector; before i could even tell him the model of phone he told me they had no screen protectors, no other stores had them either. He made me feel like i had bothered him and he said they were only dealing with new iphones only. The next day I went to a different store and was told some stores don't have that particular screen protector but it could be ordered and I shouldn't have been dismissed like that without an explanation.

I was directed to this store from TMobile corporate to have a phone replaced after it was badly damaged.I needed help from a store to get me a phone that day, as I was in the middle of a medical emergency. I am 5 days out of surgery on my right foot and have a cast and a knee scooter. I cannot walk not can I drive. I went to explain what I had been told, only to be interrupted and told I was wrong. The employee was way beyond rude, would not let me explain what had been explained to me and instead bad mouthed T-mobile and told me I could NOT PICK UP EQUIPMENT in any store in Abq as the entire state was out of I13-max. I was told I could not upgrade and they TMobile and I, were wrong and to “roll on out of the store….” I followed by telling your employee where they could go, and he told me to go there too.I am a retired trainer for, yep, you guessed it, INSURANCE and I started my career in the paging industry. I do know the ropes. This guy screwed the franchise owner out of a sale for an upgrade, probably two as my husband would surely follow. He also ended a 21 year relationship that I have had with sprint, and was looking at continuing with T-Mobile. Shame on the owner for exposing a customer poorly trained, incompetent help. I had to explain to him how it worked right down to phone as well as how the insurance policy worked. If you are out of one phone, you push to sell what you have. It took a lot of effort and organization just to GET me to the store. To be treated poorly and with great disrespect is probably not what you were going for.

Disappointing service. I visited this store to port my wife's number from another network to tmobile. They cancelled my number. And the executive was rude. He wanted me to call the tmobile support to port. what's the need for a tmobile store if they can't help? I lost my phone number because of this store ? Now I have to get new connection and update in all my bank, office, other records

The first time I didn't really get helped at T-Mobile. But there always has to be a first. And to be fair it wasn't too far from closing and they probably just wanted to go home. Having worked retail myself I totally understand.

Went in today was told I qualify for up to a 1500 dollar phone for free and they told me I'd only have to pay the taxes which was $120 Then I asked my boyfriend if that was okay and he said yeah. They went and got the phone and said oh there is gonna be a down payment now of $500 dollars since the phone is an s23 ultra, that is more than i pay for my own rent. Walked out without a phone. I have been waiting 6 years to get a new phone and it seems I never can get a new phone. Might as well just give up.
