URGENT!CHECK YOUR T MOBIL BILLSSINCE THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICES THAT ARE ALREADY CANCELED AND WHEN YOU TALK TO THEM TO COMPLAIN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN'T RETURN WHAT THEY'VE ALREADY CHARGED BECAUSE YOU DON'T LEAVE THEM BUT IF THEY LET THEM WITHDRAW MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT THEY KNOW IS NOT BEING USED BECAUSE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN CANCELED, THEY ALSO CONFIRM FOR APPLICATIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED AND MUCH LESS USE THEM IT IS A COMPANY ? VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS WITH THEM THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WITH EXCUSES AND THEY ENDED UP CONVINCING THAT WE DON'T STOP USING THEIR SERVICE BUT NO MORE, I DO NOT AGREE THAT THEY ROB ME

The customer service that I received at this location was absolutely AMAZING! I was working with James to transfer my service and port my phone number over from another carrier. (They were an absolute nightmare). James patiently assisted me for about 2 hours. While we weren't able to get everything 100% completed at the store that day, he made sure that I had everything I needed to complete the process myself after speaking with my old carrier again. He also told me to come back to the store if it would make me feel more comfortable if I had any additional questions. Great job James! Keep up the good work.

The lady at this store was rude when I went in looking for help with my phone. Was no help at all. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Based on her, I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile at all!! The people on the phone are much nicer and at least try to help, she just said nothing I can do. Didn't even try to look at my phone or try to be nice. Sometimes it's not what you say, but how you say it.

Do not give TMobile your business they can't handle the customers they have now. I went to TMobile and signed up for a new promotion and when I received my phone's one came damage. It took hours fo get a hold of someone and there was so much bureaucracy that they couldn't get me a replacement. After hours of holding I went to this store where the manager was incredibly rude and offered absolutely no help. They wanted to charge me for returning a damaged phone and they couldn't even get me a replacement. Months later I'm still dealing with this because TMobile kept billing me.

This place ended up costing me over 100$ with a “all included pre paid plan with coverage to Canada and Mexico” because it’s didn’t work for approx 4 days I had long distance charges, was unable to use the device, using my previous SIM card incurring significant roaming charges.For a SIM card to not work when you are paying for it is completely disgraceful. It’s a prepaid SIM card, shouldn’t be this painstakingly, costly experience especially with the lack of support from store employees.Don’t waste your money or more importantly your time!

Customer Service is the key these days to a thriving business. No doubt this location has it. I went to change my carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile cause of the insane pricing at Verizon. Jon was my first contact and definitely a person who knows how to treat a customer. The phone I needed was not in stock so we ordered it. Well UPS dropped my phone off at a location that was not mine and it would take another 3 to 4 days to investigate. I called the store and talked with Courtney They received one in the store, so she stated I could have that one and return the other while UPS wasted time and probably won't recover the other phone. I went to the store to get setup with Courtney. Let me say another great experience and customer service was once again outstanding! This location knows how to employ folks that had values and integrity instilled in them at a young age and that is few and far between these days. Thank you! I suggest this location for doing business.
