Went in yesterday to activate service, A girl named Brenda helped me out and made this experience so much better! Really well trained staff & great environment! Will definitely be back .

What's going on with the staff at this location? It is not the first time we have gone and they have zero recommended customer service, if you do not feel like working or simply do not like your job, look for something that you like... we went to get a new cell phone and the person who helped us did not help us. He gave us no purchase option, he just told us that it couldn't be done and, seeing his interest and his bad face, we better left, we went there because it is the closest store we have but we won't go again..

When I entered the store there wasn't a soul in site. I was there to buy a charger cord. A very young girl showed up and was not very friendly to say the least. It was about 2:30 pm. She told me that the cord I was buying, even if wrong, wasn't returnable. I'll pick another store next time. Kids have no respect these days.

Needed to do warranty exchange. they sent phone to this location. when arrived they kept telling me it’s not in and to call UPS? called 611. Phone rep gave timestamp and name of who signed. 45 minutes later and they find in the back. then just tossed me the phone and told its set up. left the store and had to come back. 611 once again advised the store is supposed to set up the replacement. already wasted an hour just to find the phone!!! now waiting in line to have them do what they should have done 2 hours ago. i’ve never had this issue at any other stores!!!! Do not come here unless it’s the end of the world and this is the last place around!

I always feel like I'm getting half the information. I could have been getting. I would also talk with one person say I will be right back, I get literally right back and the person is gone, and the new salespeople have no idea what I'm telling them about what was happening not even 10 minutes before.

On the website it states that the location opens at 11am on Sunday went there doors still locked employees inside bumping music not letting anyone inside caught some of them coming out the backside door and they said they don’t open until 12pm that is not what the website says couldn’t get any help

This was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. Kershawna tried charging me $70 for two SIM cards that are suppose to be $10 and lied about the speed on the home internet, boasting 800-1000mbps. They couldn’t order my screen protector replacements either, saying that their system was down… their tablets were working fine and they just refused. They even tried to make me think I needed to buy new screen protectors when I have the free ones included in my insurance. T-Mobile is an awesome company and they are not representing it at this store. Lies to make commission and misrepresents stuff. I am not happy with this experience.

Absolutely check your bill before you leave. I went in to add a line (e-sim) to my iPhone and they added id protection plane without my knowledge and my bill ended up being $198 from the original $113. If you go in to this location only do what you have planned. Do not let them add anything or sell you anything. In fact I would do what you can online or on the phone. I do not recommend going into this location to anyone.

Awesome service jaylen was great, beautiful smile, beautiful eyes, really friendly and very helpful. I had to buy her Starbucks after. She's been the best I've delt with going to t-mobile and I've been with them for about 15yrs. Thank you Jalen I appreciate all your help

Do not go into this store the associates are so rude!! Please enlighten your associates with the difference between the USPS and UPS. Your supervisor Madeline has no customer service skills. There's many people out there needing jobs, and are willing to at least treat people with respect.
