Got woken up and told we had to pay to park in the unmarked spots, called and asked where the sign was and the person on the phone repeatedly lied to me and told me it was marked despite me reading every sign out loud to them on the phone.

TA Travel Center is always a reliable stop. The facility was clean, the showers were well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stop quick and stress-free. Good food options, well-stocked store, and everything you need for the road in one place. Definitely one of my preferred travel stops.

Called ahead with an electrical issue talked to a gal KeKe she said they could do it.
Arrived and 30 min later got me in 15 min later and had me fixed 30 min later.
Great job TA thanks KeKe.
THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE THE MODEL STORE FOR ALL TAs TO FOLLOW FOR EXSAMPLE.

If there were an option for zero stars, I’d use it. I stopped at this TA Truck Stop and asked if I could park my vehicle for a short rest. One of the clerks told me it was perfectly fine. Later, due to an unexpected situation, I got temporarily separated from my vehicle — but I immediately called, left my number, and explained what was going on.
Instead of a little understanding or basic decency, I got a call saying my vehicle was about to be towed — from an almost empty parking lot, no less. I even offered to pay double whatever price they wanted over the phone immediately just to keep it parked safely for a short while. The answer? A hard “no.” , no discussion, no compromise, no common sense. The manager, MARINA, refused to even speak with me or listen to my situation. Compassion level of a brick wall.
So yeah immediately towed before I could get back and another headache and expensive cost added to my situation
Their attitude was downright nasty, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate. For a business built on serving travelers, this location clearly forgot what hospitality means. I wouldn’t recommend this TA to anyone who values respect, empathy, or even basic professionalism.

So, I understand this location is going full paid parking?!?
I guess it makes sense since it has been in constant decline for years, probably the only way it can make money.
The building itself has needed upgrades for the 20+ years I've had to stop there, and the quality of service is way below standard.
When the new policy goes in to effect I'll find street parking in the area as opposed to stopping there.

Go into restaurant there’s one other customer I sit down get a water and menu three other people come in she gets there drinks and meals and act like I don’t exist so I leave very poor service well really I didn’t get no service at all but a water and menu the ignored!!!!!!!!!

This TA gets no business from me, all across America I choose to stay at the TA one because the people always have shown love, respectful, customer service oriented which is a big for me, and I also choose TA because they don't charge sprinter vans for parking, they have the part where they charge but they have a place for the free, but this one here the register attendant didn't even have the respect to speak to me, didn't even look at me, but instead had the security do all the talking this is making me rethink my choice of staying at TA, I have a lot of expediter and hot shotters who rely on places like this but not here, so if you're in this logistics industry don't stay at this one and for real please rethink your stay no stars for this TA and no stars for the bald headed cashier stay away from this place

Haven't been here in a while but my new account will bring me through here three or four times a week this TA is our fuel stop but I see they are installing gates. I will continue to come here until they activate the gates and then there's a love south of here a loves west of here a flying J west of here and depending on where you're going a loves north of here so we need to boycott this place once the gates go up until they either take them back down or go out of business

New management is extremely required at this TA the cashiers are awful and really mean the environment is just like being in a county jail with armed security guards just looking at you the restaurant sucks and the worst part is they are getting ready to charge $$ for all parking spots to make everything even worse this place is not hard working driver friendly , I don't recommend to stop at this place plan your trip and save yourself a bad experience with these people...by the way, I won't coming back

Free Overnight parking cost 22$ per 24hrs. It’s not free they only allow 3hrs free for regular cars and diesels. The managers don’t want people parking in there parking lot overnight. The showers are 20$ per person. Manager special.
Or they will send security to make you pay.
