Half the store is locked up and I waited for 10 minutes at one cabinet and 5 at another and never had anyone come unlock either.

Ghetto. First thing you see is multiple IPS security cars parked ON the sidewalk RIGHT next to the front doors. Second is military looking security proudly displaying their awesome neck and hand tattoos while mean mugging you as you walk in, clearly we are all thief’s. Third everything is locked up now, deodorant, toothpaste, even underware?! Finally severely undertrained and rude staff. How did you guys get worse than Walmart?!

While at the store, my partner was racially profiled. His attire included a hoodie with his works name (a local brewery) with the hood worn down so his face could be seen, and kacky pants. After being followed in the aisles while he waited for an employee to open up the locked deodorant shelf for him, he was followed into the bathroom by IPS even though he left the goods that he planned to purchase at customer service (asking them for permission to leave the goods there while he used the restroom). Then IPS followed him to the register. I didn’t realize that it is illegal to purchase goods from Target while being brown. We will never be shopping here again. I would give them zero stars if possible.

This location needs to delegate employees to stock by FEFO and check their shelves for items nearing expiration and put them on CLEARANCE. Many times I've received expired or nearly expired (within days) for things that usually have a much longer shelf life.

I can’t anymore with the drive up at this Target. I thought the last time I had an issue with drive up was a one time thing that I could move past. But twice now I come to get my order and there’s some issue that part of it is missing from the cart or not actually ready. I waited at drive up 45 min the first time and 35 min the 2nd time for them to have to go get/find items for my order that was supposedly ready for pickup. I could have just gone in and shopped myself. It totally defeats the purpose of ordering for a quick pickup.

What good is guest services when you call, and it just rings and rings, and then hangs you up after ringing so many times?
