We have rented from them for many years. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful! The facility is always very clean and I always feel safe in the neighborhood where is located! Would definitely recommend!

My stuff has been safely stored at Taylor Ranch storage for a few years now and, honestly, it’s the only storage facility I trust in Albuquerque. I’ve never had any issues. The gate always operates, the staff is responsive and helpful and the storage units are immaculate. I can’t speak much for the outdoor units but the inside temperature controlled ones are perfect. Also, they have great security and the bathrooms are convenient and clean. It’s like they’ve never been used.

The team at Taylor Ranch Self Storage are a delight to work with for my storage needs. Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive, the team have helped us figure out and resolve our long-term storage needs. The site is clean and well maintained and they are a quality organization, providing a quality service. Unlike large national companies with a rotating cast of managers and wildly variable pricing, the owners and staff at Taylor Ranch Self Storage provide stability and consistency, which is important to me for long term storage. Most importantly, they treat their customers with integrity and respect. I trust Taylor Ranch Self Storage to care for my things because they care about me and my needs, and work with me to find solutions. I really can not say enough good things about the company. I love the people at Taylor Ranch. They are helpful, polite, and very sincere. We have had a unit with them for over 12 years. Very clean and secure. Convenient location.

We can not say enough good things about Taylor Ranch Storage. Deborah, the first line of contact is outstanding and goes above and beyond her duties. She is knowledgable, and extremely accommodating. The facilities are clean, well kept and very well laid out and could accommodate 2, 28ft trailers one of which they allowed to stay parked for up to 5 days while we unloaded.They gave us cold water, carts to move items and the security around the units and facility itself are very visible. Highly recommend Taylor Ranch Self Storage!

Friendly staff. I love the option of the temperature control storage unit. I had a unit for 3 years. Everything was in the condition I left them in. Definitely recommend the temperature control units for long periods of storing.Thank you so much Taylor Ranch Storage!

Taylor Ranch Self Storage is the best! They have the cleanest facility, and keep it well maintained. I tried the competitor first "Extra Space" who's prices continued to go up after they hook you with a free month. I highly recommend Taylor Ranch Self Storage.

Taylor Ranch Self Storage is very well secured. I had a different storage in the past and it was extremely dirty and dusty. The units are well insulated and the location is convenient to where our home is. They let us know of any and all changes instead of the surprises of increase cost and fees we got from our last storage. Thank you for being up front!!
