Someone needs to remind the 15 people working here they are in customer service. Assistant Manager Jordan P in particular. Extremely unwelcoming and rude. Forget a smile or any welcoming words, I was lucky this bozo took his finger out of his ear long enough to finish my transaction. I have been to this store before I actually purchased my clubs here a few years back. I will not be returning.

I love going there. Iris is a wonderful lady in great knowledge of golf and golf equipment period I bought my ping I 430 from her.

Our go-to place for all things golf. Staff are attentive without being at all pushy, and they know their stuff. You can find everything from a variety of tees and balls ( including glow-in-the-dark balls) to gloves, clothes, cleats and of course bags and new and used clubs. You can even try the clubs in the store hitting stalls.

Service was pretty poor- guy answered several questions but seemed reluctant to help/uninterested/focused on his phone or something else while leaning by the counter. Also, I asked several times what their return policy is with clothing - he said as long as the tags are on them I can return them for a full refund. I asked if it would be to the original form of payment, and he said yes it would. In reliance of what he said, I decided to buy the skirt. When I was at the counter to purchase the skirt, I asked again to confirm and specifically where it provided the policy in writing. He didn’t seem sure but processed the skirt anyways and said he thinks it is on the back of the receipt. Instead of giving me the receipt he puts it in the bag but I ask to see it. The receipt says 90 days satisfaction return for full replacement or full store credit. (??). I read it to him and he said I would get a full refund to my original payment. I said ok even though the receipt says full replacement or full credit? Despite the confusing discrepancy, he annoyingly says yes and that well the full refund to original payment is our policy. Uh ok. So if I (or anyone) has to end up returning the skirt (or clothing w tags) then I (anyone) will get a full refund to my (their) original payment regardless of what the receipt says. Justin assured me and the other two guys snd one girl who were also standing behind the counter and heard this, were silent in agreement. They/Golf Mart will need to abide by this. Golf Mart might want to clarify this by having a sign at the counter and on the receipts to avoid any confusion. We are a family of long time good golfers but I doubt I will shop here again even though it might be one of few golf stores. I will shop online.

The staff at this golf mart are exceptional. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help, with a spirit of friendliness. I give high marks for knowledge, kindness, and helpfulness. Grateful.

Golf Mart is fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, and didn’t push unnecessary purchases. I got an amazing deal on a new golf set with a bag. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time. Me- Here is my card, can you please order me a ping G425 driver with the Tensei orange graphite shaft with a 1/2 inch extra length? The Golf mart- Insert roll eyes here. Tried to shop local and they made it a task not worth my money.

First, I am a new to golf and am in need of as much advice that I can get in buying anything golf related. I spent an hour looking at left handed use clubs (I am a beginner and not yet ready to commit to 400 dollar woods). I was ignored for the first 30 minutes, with only a cursory acknowledgement of being a customer. I did find a set of fairway woods that seemed to be an upgrade from my equipment so I just wanted to hit them. I was told that I could hit them but received no other help. I tried to get help looking towards the salesperson (s), but was completely ignored. It was a horrible experience! I was asked by the cashier whether anyone helped me and I was at a loss to identify anyone who did...I will go back to shopping online, no reason to reward poor customer service.
