I have no idea we're to start. I purchased a Camaro from these guys and it started having lots of issues. My car has been with them for almost 2 months now and I've been jumping through hoops to get to and from work. Haven't had management reach out to me. Stepped in numerous times with no results. Basically I purchased a car and I'm paying my payments while it sits in there shop. Have to find legal help to figure this out and I'm still waiting to hear from the a member of management. This has been the most frustrating thing and people's livelihood should not be up for gamble like this. They need to make this right. See how this goesss.... sept. 26 2023 (update) I was supposed to receive a call last Thursday from a male named mike who was very promising on getting this issue resolved. Never received a call I waited until Monday sept 25 and stopped in person. Talked to a service advisor who ended up speaking with management. He claimed I would receive a call by the end of the day. I departed. No call received. The next day Tuesday the 26th I stopped in and the service advisor referred me to Patricia who deals with customer relations. Told her briefly what was going on, she managed to get me into a loaner vehicle. The vehicle can't be fixed timely because of a gm strike. (Not covid) already knew that by the way. I mentioned that this car has been an issue since the day after I bought it. It seems to be a lemon and that they need to make this right. Im 6000$ deep into this vehicle. So im awaiting a call from mike who said he was going to fix this situation for me but now it just seems more confusing. I want to be let out of this nasty situation and start fresh this is a nightmare. I was requested to remove my review I WILL REMOVE IT WHEN THIS ISSUE IS RESOVLED AND IM HAPPY. I get home and I receive a call from Patricia she's asking when would be a good time to stop by used sales so they can see what they can do for me. Well they didn't do anything they tried to trick me into trading in the car lol. Like I said before we will see how this goes...

Be very aware this place is under cover for many operations and it’s not just a car lot. Do not shop here by any way, shape or form. People have been advised that this place is gone to court many times over the racial issues and other underlying problems stay away from Kirk Jones.

My car was there for 6 months for a catalytic converter that was covered by warranty. Then suddenly my car needed over $2,000 of repairs. They wanted to charge me $239 for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car they tried to tack on another $900 + for something they never told me was needed. During these 6 months I was never given updates on my car I had to reach out to GM for updates. When I called no one ever answered the phone and they never returned calls.

The partial owner Kenneth Orosco is a man with very little emotional regulation skills. With a deal falling apart due to a lack of communication on his staffs part he began yelling in his office and continually talking over my wife and I. Do your diligence when researching this dealership and keep in mind most of these reviews are pushed onto customers before they're even in the finance office.

I've been here 2 and a half hours for an oil change. The service guy Martin is extremely rude and doesn't have any business talking down to me the way he is. He should not be customer facing and his tone is unreal. I cannot believe the attitude of this guy. Even the customer service lady here is saying he gets a lot of complaints. Relaying information is one thing but treating customers like they are stupid is another.

Reliable is probably not the best name for the service you'll receive. Bought a Trailblazer from them in February of 2021 that had to be delivered from Arizona. At delivery, our salesman Josh Day was very upfront that the taillight had been cracked. He offered to keep the car until it was fixed or we could drive it off the lot as is with the promise of it being replaced later on. We chose poorly and drove it off the lot. We have been back and forth with several folks on this issue in the last 2.5 years and no traction is ever made, just more empty promises. Today they finally told me they just weren't going to do it. Not surprised really. But 2.5 years of promises and I still have the cracked taillight. It's not that big of a deal but a handshake used to mean something. I'll spend my money elsewhere and think you should too.The owner replied with an email that does not work. Have tried to email it twice now as listed and it fails to send.

I had to put 1 star because it's the lowest option but I give them ZERO stars! Very Dissatisfied! This is the worst service center I have ever dealt with in my 65 years! I Had an appointment for Tuesday at 8 AM. They then tell me it's going to take 5 days! FIVE DAYS just to look at and diagnose the issue! I Called on the 4th day to get an update. The car hasn't been looked at and won't be until NEXT week! The very unconcerned, blank-faced service advisor then tell me they told me 5-10 days. Why did I need to bring it in at 8 AM if it's just going to sit there for a10 days!!?? Apparently, there's only 1 "MASTER TECH" that can diagnose it and they can't figure out a better appointment system than to just have the cars pile up and wait their turn! Pure insanity! My car didn't have a pressing issue, so I went down a took my car back. I'll find another dealer that has a more sensible appointment system. It looks like all f the positive reviews here are with the sales department and all of the negative reviews are with the Service department. Management should take note of this! Reliable Chevrolet is under the Berkshire Hathaway Umbrella, guess who's getting a letter from me!

I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Reliable. I had a horrible experience with them, they sold me a vehicle (2020 Chevy Traverse) with a lot of issues, they sold it very dirty after saying they would detail it twice for us as we had to wait a week to receive the vehicle after purchasing it. Three months after purchase we have already had to take it in twice and have had several lights of issues come on and then service said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After trying to trade it back in they offered us $15k less than what we purchased it for and they were not willing to make things right. I know you should not trust used car salesmen but you need to really take this advice at this place.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM RELIABLE!!!! Over the last 21 years I as well as 2 of my family members have purchased used/"pre certified vehicles from this dealership. In addition we also purchased their "extended warranty " package-2 of them were " gold" warranties and the other was "silver." With all 3 vehicles, that were purchased from them along with their "warranty" programs have encountered numerous issues. Keep in mind when you buy a used vehicle from them they GUARANTEE that they've inspected said vehicles. With EACH and EVERY issue Reliable stated that it's not covered. Then they hit you with an astronomical total to fix the vehicle that you just purchased from THEM! Or their only other solution is to trade in your vehicle and get a refund on THEIR warranty that THEY sold you and then use that money to buy another car from THEM! Shady as hell if you ask me. Also I had to give them a star review that's why they got one. If I could've it would've been a negative score!!!!!

I had dropped my car off at this dealer over a week ago. They scheduled my car for service at 8:30 am on September 14th. The problem is the battery coolant is leaking. I told them that when I dropped it off. I had the car in their shop for 8 days and they never even looked at it. There is no way to schedule an appointment and have them look at the car at that time. They said that they only have one EV technician. However, I believe that any qualified service mechanic could fix the problem. For me, a coolant system only has a few parts. 1 a reservoir, 2 some type of radiator,3 some tubing, 4 possibly a circulating pump and, 4 the battery housing. I had to jump through hoops to get to work. I will never take my vehicle there again.

I was negotiating the purchase of a new Silverado 2500HD High Country. I was told the price is the MSRP and they wont be jacking up the price like other dealers. We agreed on a price for my trade in. The sales manager was showing me all the numbers and I noticed "dealer accessories or add ons of almost $4,500.00". I asked what they were because there were no add ons listed on dealer addendum. The sales manager told me they were for a protective coating for the paint and an interior coating. He asked if the salesman told me about it and I said yes. But wasn't told it was $4,500.00. If I was told that price, I would have walked out before I wasted my time there. The manager then proceeded to tell me this is non negotiable and it is done to every vehicle they sell. I told him I will not pay that and will go to another dealer and he ripped up the paperwork in front of me. You can't tell me every person who buys a vehicle there accepts this mandatory snake oil sales pitch and pays this non negotiable ridiculous fee for something that is not needed. Most dealers have their finance guy try to sell these as an option. Its amazing that cars.com and dealer rater have Reliable rated five star. Do not buy a vehicle here unless you want to get screwed by their tactics. At least, look over everything with a fine tooth comb.

Horrible service all around, took truck in for what should've been a quick easy fix and picked it up a week later with absolutely nothing done to it. Was told it needed a few more days and a few more days even spoke to a manager Victor with no results. Definitely will be going to another Chevrolet in Albuquerque
