It is a nice place for kids to feed ducks, play on the playground and enjoy a picnic. Shady tables and benches make it easy to relax and soak up nature. People can go fishing, rent paddle boats, exploring river banks and cool rocks, or exploring several ponds where families picnicking and fishing feel right at home. The place felt safe, clean and bright on a beautiful Sunday afternoon but the parking lot have huge holes at the South entrance and need desperate maintenance. Moss in the children's pond can make cast difficult but the park have a great charming day without spending much.
I love bringing the kids here to feed the ducks and play on the playground. You can go fishing, rent paddle boats, and just enjoy the day without spending much. Plenty of shady tables and benches make it easy to relax and soak up the nature. We always have such a great time!

Stopped here briefly on a vacation in town, but I found it quite charming. Lots of people out fishing and feeding the ducks. Felt safe and clean.

Really nice place to have a picnic or take the kids. We went to the Rio Grande and did some exploring by the river banks. Found some cool rocks.
