“I got my tires changed over there. Usually when a small girl like me shows up, the mechanics can try to rack up the prices. But they were super friendly, flexible with their time, and transparent about the costs. After they installed the new tires they told me my front right wheel and my spare wheels were slightly warped. They offered to change it for free when I bought the new wheels. They also taught me how to use the car tools to lower the spare if I ever needed it. I will definitely come back when it's time to change the tires of my other car!”

“Southern tire mart does it again! We are on a two week, cross country, road trip with the family in our sprinter van. 1st, in preparation for the trip we needed two new tires. After tries at several tire places ONLY STM could take us and service our vehicle. THEN we had a vibration start occurring while we were on our trip. AGAIN STM came through. The crew at STM Albuquerque took us in as a walk in, first thing in the morning, and got us back on the roads in two hours!!! We didn’t have to miss a single thing planned on our trip thanks to them! And that’s while they were dealing with their computers being down and a rather difficult, and drunk, homeless man who came in asking for help. They couldn’t have been more professional, efficient, communicative, or helpful. To everyone. Big thanks and appreciation to Rigo, Cisco, and John in Albuquerque!! Together they have 70 years of experience with this company. As a business owner myself, and as someone with ties to the hometown of the parent company, I can say that speaks volumes for what STM is about. “The people we dealt with were very nice. There was a small issue getting the parts but that can be expected. The truck seems to be working fine now. A small odor of antifreeze is present but hopefully that will go away.
We are trying to get the owners manual that we saw when we purchased the truck, but Travis is unable to find it at this time. Other than the truck breaking down immediately after we came to pick it up we had a good experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from you.”

“My truck’s rear tires were beyond bald & I wanted to save money going used but I have an uncommon rim size. They had a few options for us and ultimately I decided to get all 4 exchanged for $300. They had them all changed in under 30 minutes and even loaded up the two tires I wanted to hold on to. Super professional guys, quick service. It’s been 5 days and the tires are perfect! Will definitely be a repeat customer.”
