I love this location but I just wished that customer service was better today I went to Tj Maxx to shop and I was waiting in line and there was a girl Zulma she will check out 1 person in line then walk away when there’s a big line she won’t help other people and always gives other employees attitude and she seems like she don’t like her job she forgot mine and my moms bags and she just walked away so I had to reach over to grab our bags she was very rude …..

It has gone downhill since moving locations. I used to love browsing the old, bigger location. They always had so much product. This new location is always packed, low on inventory and parking is terrible. I prefer Uptown now.

The store itself is fine, however if you’re shopping for men’s clothing, specifically xl and up don’t go there. You won’t find anything.

Disgusting store, rude employee refused to let me use the bathroom to change my baby. I only had a diaper bag and my baby I obviously wasn’t stealing anything but the girl refused to make an exception and told me the closest bathroom is firehouse subs. We Had to change baby in the car in 100 degree heat. It’s awful to treat parents who spend a lot of money there like that. Won’t be going back since parents are obviously not welcome here.

Best place to find neat furniture and interesting home decor for all holidays. Lots of knick knacks so it’s a place I frequent for small gifts all the time. They have snacks as well that are great.

Shopped here today with my two young toddlers, one of them who really needed to use the restroom. There were no public restrooms and they would not make an exception. This location is not kid friendly. Unable to carry children and bags out in carts to car either; carts are disabled at the sliding doors. Spoke with Patty, a manager, to provide feedback, but not sure if they will do anything with it.

I like that this tjmax has such a huge selection and it was my favorite in Albuquerque but had a super weird experience when I went in with my husband… he went to look at the mens clothes while I went to the makeup area, and he called me because he was feeling uncomfortable since a man kept walking really close behind him and staring, looking him up and down and making weird noises. My husband is very fit so being hit on by men happens, but this guy was acting really weird about it so he wasn’t sure if maybe there was also a mental health issue or something else to be concerned about and wanted to leave. So he came over to where I was and all of a sudden the sales people take an interest in if we needed anything and then upon checkout we see it was their security guy who was acting creepy. At this point we realized instead of that guy being an unstable gay man it was a racist security guard. My husband is black and I’m white, and as a mixed couple who are traveling medical staff we were surprised to see racism so alive and well in Albuquerque. We’re used to this when working in Florida and actually avoid working in some places down south because of it. Something to be aware of out West as well 🤷🏻♀️

Was shopping in the store when a 3 year old needs to use the bathroom. Only employee’s can use it and they wouldn’t give the code to the bathroom even for a 3 year old.
