Location is rough but then they don't allow customers to use the restrooms. When I walked in I immediately felt like I was in a Burlington Coat factory. I could see that they don't have many higher quality brands so it didn't take me long before I just left. Still if I could have used the restroom I could have stayed longer and I likely would have found something to buy.

I miss the old space. The new space is so small, so tight you can't push a cart through. Things are stacked and stuffed. I really loved TJMaxx on Montgomery and Louisiana, I was in nearly every week. So, I'll learn to live with the new. On a positive note the cashier's were amazing and friendly.

The old store was so much nicer! The new one is way too small. It looks like a junk store!

Ah, the new TJ Maxx on Montgomery - where the deals are decent but the soulless corporate architecture makes my bargain-hunting heart yearn for the old spot down the road. Their inventory may be thrifty but shopping the aisles of this bland box just doesn't provide the same thrilling experience without random leaks in the ceiling and the pungent aroma of mothballs.Rummaging through the cluttered clearance piles felt more like an extreme sport in their former ragged digs. And the cramped aisles really added an element of surprise - you never knew what treasures or spiders might be lurking around the corner!Alas, while this newfangled Maxx provides the same marked down merchandise, its sterile environment just can't compete with the nostalgic charm of shopping in what seemed like an abandoned warehouse. I may still pop in for their prices but it's just not the same without the adrenaline rush of wondering if the whole place might collapse at any moment. 4 stars for deals while I reminisce about the good ol' days!

This location is terrible. I wish they wouldn't have moved to this location. It is overcrowded which makes it very hard to shop. Plus they seem to stock items while customers are shopping. Making it both a hazard and a disaster zone. Stocking should be done while the store is closed. It is ridiculous to have carts full of items blocking the isles during store hours, especially considering how busy this location is.The old location was much better overall.

I am flat out pissed tf off as a citizen of this city that this store has the nerve to have a sign on the entry doors saying no public restroom access. First of all I know the reasoning behind why you feel justified in withholding access to bathrooms, one you figure it cuts down on shoplifting and two because it is a deterrent from letting the homeless use your bathrooms. I do not care as a paying potential customer if either of those are your reasons behind not allowing access to bathroom facilities, that is bullsh!t to the rest of the people who pay you good money to shop there, the least you can do is be humane enough to allow people to use a bathroom when they need to. If your reasons are because you are sick of shoplifters or the homeless then hire like one employee more with a freaking chair to post up outside the bathrooms and make it a policy they take quick look in our purses or bags to make sure nobody is going in with items not paid for without a receipt or something and if they think somebody looking too crazy homeless person afraid they're going to leave your facilities nasty after using them then turn them away but how dare you punish the rest of us because of the smaller percentages of undesirable factions actions??? Some people who ship there are disabled or elderly and might have an accident because you want to be cheap denying everyone the ability to use a bathroom to keep some thieves away or other unwanted characters there. Shame on you!!! Find other ways to deter theft than not letting people take care of a basic human need everyone should be able to do in a business facility we pay our money to keeping your business open. I am sick of you businesses and your lazy answers to handling problems you have. Stop punishing the innocent for the deeds of a few.

The line is at least 40mins long. Polyester is not good enough to wait that long. Not a good selection. Purses are cheap, most of their clothes are polyester or some no-name brand and fabric.Second, they only want people who drive tiny cars. The majority if parking spots are COMPACT or handicap. Seriously?!?

This new store is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! I couldn’t believe how much of a disaster it was being that it is brand new! Stuff was all over the floors, you couldn’t walk in the isles due to giant carts of items everywhere, boxes were everywhere, it was just a complete mess. I have been before and it was the same. I will not shop at this NEW location again. If we are spending hard earned money on items at this store, then they should not have half of it on the floor. Have some respect for your jobs there and show that you care for your products and employees.
