“I always have a wonderful experience here. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they will look to see if it's available in other stores and call the store so they can hold onto the vape until I can go pick it up.
Definitely have saved my butt from having to go in vape hunts or having to try other flavors or brands that I have never tried. Which is very nice because i don't have to risk trying a bad flavor or bad brand.”

“Definitely the place that go for anything alcohol related. Majority of the employees are nice and always helpful. Would definitely recommend over any other store in the Albuquerque area for alcohol purchases. They also have a humidor for wide variety of cigars and an assortment of niche snack items as well.”
“I discovered a little GEM tucked away in a great location. The store was well equipped. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The biggest surprise was the exquisite blown glass pipes that belongs in an art museum. I was blown away. lol. Highly recommended.”

“One Saturday evening I found myself coming back into town from a long trip and it was rather late in the evening when I found myself in dire need of a new piece right quick and in a hurry. My friend that was driving pulled this place up on his phone so we popped in to make a quick purchase whilst on my way home. It had completely evaded my memory that I had been here once before in the past and had to give it a rather bad review because some punk screwed me over and stole from me. I never did find out that little punk's name but I did notice that the person that was in there now was definitely of a much Better caliber of character. I am totally blind and so would have to feel around on the pipes to make sure that it was the right dimensions that I was looking for and this individual was most accommodating and allowing me to feel the shapes and sizes of each of the pieces. He was very accommodating and was also very informative about the merchandise he was offering to the public. Although I had a rather negative encounter a year ago with a young thief I can guarantee you that they have definitely done a better job of screening the staff they are hiring and I would definitely go back to this place a third time to do some Christmas shopping here in a few weeks. I rated from one star due to encounter last year to 4 stars due to my Encounter from just a few nights ago. I sort of picked up on the fact that my last review was read and not favored by the owner and/or staff of the facility and for that I am sorry but I would definitely say that if my next encounter goes as well as this last one did I would happily jump it up to 5 stars and give an outstanding review”

“Wonderful store, checked it out while passing through town to get some loose tobacco and tubes. This exact store did not have any but will be having more ASAP as told by the gentleman behind the counter. Went to the other denovo up the street both great stores and have everything you need if not they are there to help. Super kind and helpful if I lived here I would come all the time great selection and kind helpful staff. ?….also to the guy who brought his electric scooter in (with no seat) don’t make a scene for no reason. If your disabled like you claim you wouldn’t be riding a scooter you’d be in a wheel chair ??”

Maybe a western vibe. Wish they accepted debit not sure why they don't but still great place to grab some smokes, drinks or snacks.”

“Generally, I'm a big fan of Total. Where I find groans is the rewards program. 90 days to use rewards isn't acceptable. I also do not enjoy the mail only coupons that can't be accessed through the app. They also frown on you taking a photo of the coupon so you aren't lugging around the physical coupon. Lastly, it seems to take forever to earn a $5 reward and then you only have 90 days to use it and the cashiers won't offer you to use it if you have it, leading to missed use. Overall, like I said, they are great and offer a ton. I just want some tweaks to rewards.”

“Been going here for about 20 years myself, was introduced to the place by my pops and he has gone there 45+ years. I highly recommend them, love the owners.. a truly amazing experience every visit. Whether it's a quick stop through the drive-thru, or a 30 minute walk-in and browse at all their amazing things.. it's always a terrific experience.
There was only one staff that was ever less than outstanding.. and they didn't keep her around for very long at all.

The variety and quality of the accessories are AAA.
