I got his number and called him for pricing in case I lock my keys in my vehicle. He was very courteous a n d answered all my questions. I put his business name in my contacts just in case I need towing or keying service.”

“Traveling from KS to AZ and broke a lead spring on my FULLY LOADED dump trailer, right on I-40 during rush hour. Tracy showed up within 20 minutes of the call, loaded my trailer and I followed him to a trailer parts store to buy the parts needed to fix it, then followed him to the repair shop where he dropped it.
Totally professional, nice guy all around. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome considering the situation I was in. I 100% recommend Innercity Towing.”
“I was looking for a reliable diesel shop to work on my Kenworth tractor. I went all over Albuquerque looking but just could not find anyone that I felt confident about until I went to Gomez Diesel and spoke with Mike. He understood my needs and he had the ecpexperience. They installed a new clutch, did an oil change and changed all the filters. They checked the brakes and they installed two new steer tires as we had discussed and a number of other things that were needed. The price for all of this was pretty fair and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this shop for any mechanical needs.”

“If you are calling a tow truck, you are probably having a bad day. Madrid Towing will make that bad day as good as it possibly can be. My van broke down in Albuquerque on a Saturday evening. I went through several roadside assistance programs to include AAA and no one was available to help. Early Sunday morning, I began calling around and made contact with Madrid who immediately said they would help. They sent out a tow truck that turned out to be too small for my vehicle. The owner showed up and between the owner and the tow truck operator, they were able to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. They explained that they had a larger tow truck, but that driver was off for the day. They texted him and when he heard about my situation, he showed up anyway and within a few minutes, had my vehicle all hooked up and ready to move. Worried about leaving my vehicle overnight at a repair facility that would be closed until Monday morning, they took my vehicle back to their yard and secured it for the night, then met me the next day at the dealership to drop it off. While I hope I never end up broken down in Albuquerque again, if I do, I'll call Madrid. Great service and really, really good people.”

My hubby and I brought in our diesel 2008 Ford F250 for repairs after a mechanic in Belen (Pete's Truck & Auto) screwed up our truck so bad, I thought we were cooked ($4200). Michelle, co-owner & front offc, knew instantly what our truck problem was just by speaking with my husband. Armador & Michelle we're VERY professional & saved us $$$$. They had to go back & redo the numerous mistakes the other shop had made, kept extensive invoice/records for us and even kept the parts replaced so that I could document to the other shop down in Belen exactly their mistakes and get a partial refund (which I did). I can't thank these good folks enough!! ? YES, we may have to drive 30 miles into ABQ, but we are lifetime customers now.”

It now gives me options when I'm traveling. I am very pleased. It took him about 2 hours. (I hope management knows he's a gem!) Thank you a bazillion times! “I cannot say enough about the team that me and my family worked with today. We had an amazing and caring interaction after a very scary event on the highway at 2 AM where one of our tires nearly flew right off our truck. They went so far above and beyond their jobs to take care of us. The gentleman with ACME dispatch (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) found an amazing tow professional (AAG truck #58) that came to our rescue, not just once, but twice within 5 hours. We were able to save a ton of money and stress because of the caring professionalism and knowledge they have of their community. On a Sunday when nearly everything was closed they researched and found resources that could help us and we were able to continue our trip to our new life, everyone safe and sound.
