Don't bother bringing your Propane tank for a refill here! Their Google page says they DO refill but they DON'T! They don't have the proper licensing to dispense propane! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE PAGE!
Helpful & friendly staff! It's nice to have a store in Albuquerque!

Today I used the Dog was station, 2nd customer. It had not been cleaned from the day before, shampoos were empty, grooming tools full of hair, drains and tables full of hair, hair all over the place, no hot water in station one. I've never ever seen in in this condition, I am a regular customer. The men's restroom had not been cleaned. So I'm not sure if there was a closer issue, but this is not the standard that has been before. I hope you can rectify this.

Shitty customer service. My son shows up before the store closes. They already had the lights turned off way before the time the store was set to close and they can’t even let him run in for one thing. The old lady turns him away at the door, not even trying to help people out my husband calls. She won’t even give her name. They’re the rudest employees I’ve ever come across other people have been very nice and courteous. This store has gone down the drain. I wouldn’t recommend going to the store. It’s sad how crappy people are these days.

I usually dont have problems it was just yesterday.. I came for a pickup but some lady answered said she would have someone bring it out but they never did 15 min later had to call again the guy said i found it i will bring guy w beard then he came out w nothing and asked my name again and I had already told him and had to show him the order on my phone and had to repeat name several times he said he couldnt understand but he had already checked my order before and I have never had this problem before.. Oh well..

Used the DIY Dog Wash for the first time this last weekend. Was clean, well stocked and inexpensive. Staff was helpful even with the store being busy. Will definitely use again soon.

I had such a great experience using the pet washing station at Tractor Supply! It was super convenient, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed—shampoo, conditioner, towels, a dryer, and even aprons to keep me dry. The setup made washing my dog so much easier (and way less messy!) than doing it at home. My pup came out looking and smelling great, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. For the price and convenience, it’s honestly a no-brainer. I’ll definitely be back!

This store needs to do better with their customer service and order fulfillment! We ordered our dog kennels from them and they tried to give my helpers the wrong order and then still wanted to argue with me about the order when I called to tell them it’s wrong! When she figured out what I was saying was correct and they were wrong she just hung up on me. That’s a horrible way to treat customers!! I own a business so I know how people want to be treated! DO BETTER!!

I purchased a Coleman RB 200 and I noticed who whomever assembled it left a ton of bolts, unfastened and unsafe. The chain fell off, and there was no bearings which was very dangerous. Be very cautious when you purchase any writing mobility vehicles from this place thank you.

The little birds love the pink colored bag from Tractor Supply Co. the most.
