This store made me feel so uncomfortable I was followed watched asked if I was ok 3 times by the same person not just that but I asked for help in the beginning why would I ask for help just to steal not just that but why follow me like I’m some criminal I don’t get why you can’t just have someone watching the cameras instead of harassing customers

My wife and I have been going here for years. The staff & management have always been knowledgeable and helpful. The big box stores do not offer the same level of expertise or promptness of help. We use True Value whenever we can.

Vest hardware store in the area by far Dace and Tracy are so nice and helpful and just to talk a little smack the reason I came here is because Ace across the street couldn't fully cut a piece of wood for me so I came over here and they fot it done quickly and professionally thank you guys 🙏

The best hardware store in Albuquerque! I own a small business, so I’m in and out of there often. They’re always eager to help me brainstorm solutions to my problems, and when I come back to return extra parts or anything like that, they ask how it went. I’m so grateful for everyone there!

Went in to purchase bearings for my go kart. Was harassed and run out of the store for refusing to leave my PURSE which is the shape of a SMALL backpack with my wallet, keys, NOT merchandise, at the register. Way to run off good customers!

If I have said it once I will say it again. Abq businesses are driving away their customers by assuming “Quirky” Licking people are all trying to steal or that their customers are trying to pull one over on them. I am sorry to say that true value Lomas is also playing this game. I am never going back there again. I am sick of being profiled in Albuquerque and New Mexico at large.

I’m renovating my home , and I shop here at this Lomas - True Value location fairly regularly . Today As I was picking up some hardware
( which a nice gal helped me find very quickly) - I remembered to ask about a certain live edge shelf that I purchased once before and need another.
Tyler was the man who was helping me out today. He remembered the product I was looking for , called another store and found not only the location of the shelf I needed , but the exact wood I purchased several months earlier, and offered to have it brought to this location if I didn’t want to travel up to the other store .
This was very pleasant customer service I have to say . It was worth a review and a nod to Tyler, for being That guy you want to have help you at your local hardware store . As usual a good shopping experience at this store . Excellent!
