Only place with a 20' truck. Not very good ratings and previous comments. The woman on duty didn't do an inspection with me when picking up nor verify fuel, etc. It was the only truck available in Albuquerque. The truck was ok and everything was as it should be. Customer service classes for the help maybe, I don't know.

Although there is a big sign on the wall entering into the main office that says U-Haul, they do not do U-Haul there anymore

Got charged an extra day when I called ahead to let them know I would be a little late, was told not to worry about it n too have it in by 5:00. Something was wrong with the transmission, was charged a ridiculous overwhelming price for mileage. I KNOW I didn't drive all those miles
