Extremely nice staff, quick to help. Only 4 stars because they don't sell boxes. The gentleman that helped me today said they have been trying to take it off their website for a while. If you need boxes look at other uhaul places

The U Haul trucks are pure junk from my experience and often not road safe. The after hours return process is outrageous, you have to do like 30 steps on your phone, upload half a dozen pictures and get error messages at the end. I prefer Penske for my own safety.
